Matija Puzar er en erfaren teknolog og sikkerhetsekspert som kombinerer analytisk skarphet med praktisk gjennomføringsevne. Med over 25 års erfaring innen IT, sikkerhet og utvikling har han gjort seg bemerket både i akademia og næringslivet. Siden november 2024 har han jobbet som sikkerhetsanalytiker hos Sikt i Oslo, hvor han bidrar med sin ekspertise til å styrke digitale løsninger for utdanning og forskning i Norge og internasjonalt.

Matijas karriere startet som utvikler og systemadministrator i 1996, for å sakte men sikkert skifte fokus mer i retning informasjonssikkerhet og fysisk sikkerhet, noe som etter hvert resulterte i en PhD. Ved siden av teknologikarrieren har han siden 2010 vært en LEGO Certified Professional, hvor han designer modeller og holder events med LEGO for kunder over hele verden. Denne kreative siden viser hans evne til å tenke utenfor boksen – en egenskap han også tar med seg inn i arbeidet med sikkerhet og systemarkitektur.

Matija, som er basert i Oslo, brenner for å finne smarte løsninger på komplekse problemer, enten det er i kode, sikkerhetsstrategier eller LEGO-kunst. Han er en ekte lagspiller som gjerne deler kunnskapen sin med andre i form av foredrag, workshops, eller mer uformelle fora.
