My name is Esther Davies and I’m a storytelling enthusiast with a basis in dramaturgy of classical theatre, later academically educated in film and creative writing for video games and other interactive forms. I'm a dramaturgy graduate who also attended screenplay workshops and a writing course at Nottingham University.
I'm a native English speaker born and raised in Croatia. I work as an English teacher for young children, teaching English through stories, books, and writing. My mostly theatrical background gave me a lot of insight into character development, making me pursue character-driven storylines. My love for fiction and books gave me a rich inner world which helps with my worldbuilding.
I've been writing plays for group participants for ZKM, the Zagreb Theatre of Youth, since I was 13 years of age. I inhale books, write short prose and fiction, and have been selected as a candidate for short story contests. I also study philosophy and immerse a lot of philosophical streams of thought into my work. .

I am currently working on a Transmedia project, which will have a theatre play as its main domain, and have a narrative extension in the form of a video game concept.

I read as much as I could about Persuasion, Psychology and People. When I walked onto campus I realized with a shock that I'd gone from the worst communicator I knew to the best! I was making friends left and right. People wanted to hear what I had to say and even crazier…people actually liked listening to me (can you believe it)! But, I didn't stop there... I did Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Philosophy and anything else that could improve my communication. I spent my 20s building things people said were impossible. I didn't have a trust fund or a traditional roadmap; I had a non-linear brain and a relentless obsession with how systems work.

I’ve lived the full spectrum of influence. I have lived out of a car on the streets of NYC and at a lighthouse on the California coast, I have navigated the elite corridors of South West London, and I have stood in the halls of power coaching the Director of the United States Mint on how to command a room. I have built punk venues from the ground up and managed talent for the world’s biggest film franchises.

My non-linear path wasn't a detour. It was an elite training ground. It taught me how to spot the operational leaks that 99% of people miss. It taught me how to scale a movement by 400% with zero financial backing and how to engineer a 3,675% growth spike in a week with just $20 for strategic advertising.

I am an expert in zero-waste scaling, engineering systemic overhauls, and extreme lean operations. I don’t need a $1M budget to find a $1M solution. Dylan Gamez is the Marketing and Public Relations Director for The Hacienda in New Port Richey and Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora- built in 1927 and 1883 respectively. Dylan started her career in hospitality at Walt Disney World while finishing her degree in Broadcast Journalism at UCF. Dylan splits her time between Mount Dora and New Port Richey, but reside in Fruitland Park with her husband, Barrett and their three dogs and two cats. Dylan is currently on the Marketing Committee for VISITFLORIDA, Vice President of New Port Richey Main Street and deeply involved with Florida’s Sports Coast- Pasco’s Tourism Board, Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations and nonprofits.
