Sally Arnold

I was a Rock Flautist, global orchestral musician , who changed career several times as we do in this world ! I completed a make over of a tired Homewares Department store, after swopping Music for Homewares Products.
In 1994 -present day. I had another Journey like no other.
As the dazzling MC Speaker at The Australian Ballet events for over 7 years, from sold out Royal Performances, spending time with Princess Di. in , London, plus shows in New York, Japan, Italy NZ and Australia. Working with one of the Leading Arts companies in Australia it was important for me to speak of my experience and support smaller Not For Profit's. To show them how to dazzle and innovate the way they thought about Product's as a "point of difference" in their Fundraising Portfolio. Especially using the Neuroscientific ( music and vision mapping) method I bring to the Paris conference.

2000- present whether I am charming the socks off medical professions or inspiring creative geniuses and innovative thinkers at conferences, on Podcasts and Webinars, my topic ,"Creating Encores, the wake up call for all", introduced audiences to the art of reinventing their lives and their Products.
"From Beats to Break throughs, Breaking Rules" is an exciting workout for the brain. Many companies ask me to help change stuck thinking of Teams, Leaders so that their Product can develop in a creative, unique way that is forgotten or ignored by many.

In 2024 I spiced things up by infusing Improv and Comedy into my speaking gigs, launching a sensational one-woman show "Guilty Pleasures, now not never". This performance isn't just entertainment, it's a Product designed to engage, inspire and leave audiences clamouring for more.

"From Beats to Break Throughs" is a combination of all genres, Creative thinking, Neuroscience, Comedy, Music, Storytelling in ways never imagined. Its a show stopping Product that is fun, fabulous and leaves a room full of people, engaged, laughing and wanting more.

My life has been so far about creating Product in my careers from the Performing Arts to Business world. I don't know how this happened, but as a young gal growing up in Christchurch NZ knew I had to get out and turn myself into a Rockstar in all areas of my life. And I did it, as a Young rock Flautist ( Jesus Christ Superstar etc) into an orchestral musician.

I speak about turning around our training or careers many times following our heart and soul. My example was creating a makeover of a tired Melbourne Homewares Department store including a fabulous Product partnership wih Galleries La Fayette, to Heading The Australian Ballet Business Development team and turning the Product of Sponsorship on its head by bringing in $2 million each year. And now as a speaker, coach and writer I Speak about how important it is for us to use our Head, Brain, Neuroscience to rock our world. And find innovative inspirational ways to change our methods of creating fun( new Products) that keep companies growing and reaching new audiences.

Today I help companies and individuals embrace "The art of Reinvention" blending neuroscience and creativity into Products that engage audiences and inspire people to feel free to Breakthrough outdated rules. After all this is so much about my life and my world. My life has and is full , I believe that we all have the ability to have the "Best life ever". regardless of challenges along the way and I've had many. See you in Paris x

Tara Furiani

What happens when you mix relentless drive, academic prowess, and an innate knack for reading people? You get Tara Furiani. She isn't just in the people business—she is the people business. With over two decades of transformative leadership under her belt, Tara shatters the conventional, often stodgy, paradigms of HR and corporate culture, bringing humanity back into the workplace.

Sporting dual Master's degrees in Psychology and Organizational Leadership, Tara's academic mettle is as rock-solid as her real-world chops. Her slew of advanced certifications isn't just for show; it’s her toolkit for crafting highly responsive, agile organizations. She’s been the mastermind behind multiple industry-defining shifts during her 13 years as a Chief People Officer for companies valued over $6 billion and employing more than 10,000 people worldwide.

But let's cut through the corporate jargon: Tara is a people champion. She fights for DEI not just as a buzzword but as a way of life, all the way from boardrooms on Earth to the realms of space, serving on NASA's DEI board. For Tara, equity isn't just a corporate initiative; it's a universal mandate.

Still think she’s all business? Think again. A mother of five and a doting partner, Tara knows the real-world application of work-life balance like no other. She's the driving force of her family and the beating heart of her home, roles she embraces with the same vigor as her corporate undertakings.

If you need further proof, lend an ear to her hit podcast, "Not the HR Lady," where she tackles the industry's stale narratives and offers fresh, often revolutionary, perspectives. And don't be fooled by the exec persona; she can drop a Dr. Dre lyric faster than you can say "organizational change."
