He is well known for Agile methodologies, CX analytics, UX methods and enterprise technology across multiple industries for both colleague, customer and enterprise objective realisation. He has written and published several books on both Agile and Human-Centered Design and has been blogging since 2001. He is also academically published regarding eCommerce principles and guided interaction. He holds a BA in Design from Middlesex University, London and an MSc in Computer Science from Napier University, Edinburgh.
