She is a valuable member of the Denver Electric Vehicle Council and serves on the transportation subcommittee of the Denver Sustainability Advisory Committee, contributing to sustainable transportation solutions and the skilled workforce needed to implement them.

Beyond Denver, LaSheita has been an active member of the Colorado Electric Vehicle Coalition since 2020.
