Previously, Prathyusha worked as a Project Consultant at Wipro, supporting business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. She has also held roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Texas, where she supported graduate-level Project Management and Technology Innovation courses, and as an Operations Analyst at Genpact, driving KPI-based performance analysis and process optimization. Earlier in her career, she served as a Quality Assurance Officer at ICICI Bank, contributing to large-scale digital banking and compliance initiatives.
