Rafael's career began in Brazil, where he graduated as valedictorian in Electrical Engineering. This knowledge became vital as he moved into roles managing large-scale renewable operations.

In 2011, Rafael Amaral of Florida joined a global energy organization, beginning in wind commissioning and site leadership roles.
