Originaire d'un sud ouest rural et agricole, mon parcours est largement influencé par le rapport au vivant et la convivialité.
Depuis 10 ans, je travaille sur les problématiques d’organisation de projets toujours dans un souci d’optimiser la création de valeur.
Je mets l’accent sur la pérennité des démarches mises en œuvre en m’appuyant sur : l’intelligence collective, l’humain, les méthodes agiles et le lean management.
Mes expériences récentes m’ont permis de développer une spécialité dans la méthode Scrum et l’approche produit.
