I'm a passionate youth leader, sustainability advocate, public speaker, and founder of Ndiyaconsults. My mission is to empower young people to lead with purpose, create sustainable solutions, and become active changemakers in their communities.

My leadership journey began in primary school and continued throughout high school, where I had the privilege of serving in various leadership positions, including becoming the first female School President in my school's history. These experiences shaped my belief that leadership is not about titles but about service, impact, and inspiring others to reach their potential.

Separate commissions in 2021 by agencies World Wildlife Fund New Zealand and Department of Conservation aimed to present otherwise dry information through the format of engaging animations to the public concerning the issues of declining quality of waterways and soil and sedimentation, respectively.
Paige remains active in the field of edutainment through her work with children’s animation, predominantly as a story artist, on projects concerned with depicting characters engaging with safe, fun and humorous activities to inspire and educate developing minds.
Recently, 2025 saw Paige completing her Master of Design that explored the strength that a resilient community has in a state of emergency, through a tongue-in-cheek zombie scenario. Kimberly is an award-winning designer and planner with a unique ability to bring together diverse stakeholders through cultural competency and meaningful engagement, resulting in collaborative, consensus-based solutions to address complex systemic issues. The daughter of a pediatric nurse practitioner and a respiratory therapist, Kimberly grew up working in several health facilities in her native Florida. Early on, she witnessed numerous birth defects and ailments that were suspicious in origin, many of which coincided with occupancy in certain buildings or near polluting industries. This experience left a lasting impression that underscores her chosen career creating healthy, sustainable environments.

In 2004 Kimberly founded Blue Water Studio, a commercial design and planning firm, specializing in Healthcare, Community and Sustainability projects for built and outdoor environments.
