Born November 8, 2002, in Rochester, New York, Ryan Gustin has always been driven by a passion for engineering, leadership, and service. Currently studying Civil Engineering at Penn State, Ryan Gustin Penn State has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in his academic and extracurricular pursuits.

His educational journey began in Webster, NY, at Plank Road North Elementary, where he first explored his interests in sports and technology. He delved into the world of Lego robotics, sparking an early passion for engineering that would set the stage for his future endeavors.

He continued his academic career at McQuaid Jesuit High School in Rochester, embracing the school’s mission to become a "man for others." Here, he led the robotics team, overseeing the design and construction of a climbing mechanism that competed successfully and earned the "Excellence in Engineering" award. - held elementary Korean language classes for a year in Zagreb Korean school
- worked as a general manager of a Korean hostel and a tour operator for Korean market in a Croatian DMC company (Uniline)
- worked as a tour leader for Croatian Olympic Committee at 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic games
- worked as a simultaneous translator in various occasions, but most recently for King Sejong Institute in University of Rijeka (UNIRI) which resulted in its opening in September
