Mary Ndiya

I'm a passionate youth leader, sustainability advocate, public speaker, and founder of Ndiyaconsults. My mission is to empower young people to lead with purpose, create sustainable solutions, and become active changemakers in their communities.

My leadership journey began in primary school and continued throughout high school, where I had the privilege of serving in various leadership positions, including becoming the first female School President in my school's history. These experiences shaped my belief that leadership is not about titles but about service, impact, and inspiring others to reach their potential.

I am currently a student at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and actively involved in leadership, advocacy, and community development initiatives. Through my work with Amnesty International and other youth-focused programs, I advocate for human rights, civic engagement, and meaningful youth participation in decision-making processes.

I founded Ndiyaconsults to create opportunities for learning, mentorship, and leadership development. Through initiatives such as the Sustainable Leadership Training Program and the Leading Tomorrow Project, I work with young people to develop practical leadership skills, promote sustainability, and drive positive social change.

I believe that when young people are equipped with the right knowledge, values, and opportunities, they can transform their communities and shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for all.

Jeremiah Landi

Jeremiah Landi

Jeremiah Landi started his career as a “GO’FER” in an architecture firm (98’) and made his way into an animatronics creator for shows like Phantom of the Opera (10’); little did he know that the skills he picked up along his journey would play very synergistically within a highly technical, rigid world and within the Government Bureaucracy, even putting him in front of the US Congress (08’).

Throughout his career, he has traveled the world working in a range of different project environments (Nobel Prize to ESPN) and cultural environments having worked through both the “America's” and all around Europe (with a little Asia).

He enjoys bringing dynamic thought processes and design first problem-solving to many different companies now through his own company deploying products (i.e.military helicopter fuel pumps, basketball medical devices) and Modified Agile Hardware Development (MAHD). The company he started back in 2016 now spans from physical manufacturing (i.e. stamping, welding, 3D printing) to algorithmic software development (i.e. traveling salesman); so it is easy to say the problems he solves aren’t easily fixed in a remote world.

My name is Ifeoluwa, and I’m passionate about building scalable AI solutions. I have over four years of experience in data science and analytics, with proven expertise across finance, fintech, voice tech, and education.

One of my favourite mantras is, "I build production-ready AI models", and that's because I get that itch when I see models sitting pretty in a repository; I always take the extra step to put them on the web. I am a proactive individual, and that much is evident in my commitment to continuous learning, and my strong work ethic.

Some might think of me as a Jack-of-all-trades, but I believe it's all a matter of perspective. I bring a creative flair to every project that I work on. I also write blogs (https://medium.com/@ifeoluwaoduwaiye), articles, research papers, and whitepapers, including this very bio that you're reading.
