Originaire de Normandie, je suis arrivé dans le Nord il y a 15ans maintenant.
J'ai 33 ans - bientôt marié - sans enfant. On me décrit souvent comme quelqu'un de souriant, positif et dans l'action (et "poil à gratter" par mes ex patrons ;) ).

De formation plutôt commerciale, en alternance, jusqu'au BAC+3, j'ai très vite basculé dans la vente de service, en BtoB.
Jusqu'à me retrouver dans l'IT un peu par hasard, en 2018 en commençant par une ESN dans la data (Micropole) au rôle de commerce pendant 6 mois puis en tant que directeur d'agence ensuite durant 1an et demi. (jusqu'à 46 personnes).

Ensuite, début 2021, j'ai rejoins une ESN plus "digitale" (Ineat), en tant que directeur de BU Retail (jusqu'à 65 personnes). ESN rachetée par un grand groupe (ASTEK) avant mon arrivée.
J'ai travaillé 2 ans là-bas, jusqu'à être en désaccord total avec les valeurs et les pratiques.

C'est comme ça que j'en suis arrivé à cofonder ZATSIT, ESN engagée, depuis Février 2023.
Une ESN tech, qui se veut avant tout "positive & impactante", au sens large, pour l'ensemble de ses parties prenantes.
Entreprise à mission dès la création, Bcorp pending pour les 3ans, nous sommes hyper investis à créer un modèle d'entreprise plus vertueux pour le monde d'aujourd'hui et de demain.
En créant Zatsit, j'ai souhaité casser les codes, secouer un peu les vieilles pratiques du métier et remettre un sens à ce modèle d'ESN (voir même de l'entreprise tout court)

J'ai deux convictions profondes :
. " le modèle d'entreprise purement capitaliste n'est pas adapté aux enjeux d'aujourd'hui (et de demain), il peut exister un modèle hybride entre capitalisme et économie responsable"
. " nous sommes des semeurs de graines ! A notre échelle, nous évangélisons, nous diffusons, nous faisons ! Pour contribuer à un monde meilleur (environnementalement et sociétalement parlant) "

Mon rôle aujourd'hui et d'être plus vertueux pour notre écosystème, engagé auprès de nos collaborateurs et de nos parties prenantes, de faire grandir notre domaine/notre métier vers un modèle plus vertueux, et de démystifier les non-dits.

Akesire Abdurrahmon is a dedicated and ambitious final-year student at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), specializing in Applied Geophysics. With a strong passion for geophysical exploration especially in the energy and mineral exploration, he has developed expertise in integrating magnetic, gravity, radiometric and vertical electrical sounding (VES) data for subsurface analysis using software like ArcGIS, Oasis Montaj, WinResist, and most importantly, his knowledge on python in application of Data Science in various Geophysical Investigations. His academic journey has been marked by excellence in research, particularly in the application of geophysical techniques for energy and mineral exploration in Nigeria.

He has actively participated in several fieldwork, geophysical data acquisition, analysis and interpretation, enhancing his practical knowledge in the discipline. His current research focuses on evaluating iron ore deposits in Calabar, Southern Nigeria, analyses of petroleum potential in some selected areas in Ondo State (a potential green field for oil and gas) utilizing geophysical methods to support economic and industrial development. He also has a lined up research work on application of geophysical methods to analyze geothermal potential zones in some selected areas in Nigeria.

Beyond academics, he is a proactive problem solver, a leader and a keen learner, with aspirations to contribute significantly to the energy industry through innovative exploration techniques and sustainable energy management.

Architect of MCARE 3D hospital telemedicine system produced in collaboration with the United Nations and Facebook Reality Labs. Created 3D visual effects (VFX) and animation software used by Disney Marvel and other Hollywood studios to produce blockbuster motion pictures. Designed U.S. national defense real-time AI crisis detection and monitoring system, tested at sea on the aircraft carrier USS Lincoln and integrated with the President's Daily Brief (PDB).

Professor Rowe teaches AI programming at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Serving 50,000 students annually, CCBC is the largest defense and healthcare workforce training college in the Washington D.C. region. Rowe previously taught Advanced C++ at the Naval Postgraduate School, and taught Intermediate C++ at the University of Washington. Former DARPA and U.S. navy research scientist.
