Als selbständige Diskurgestalterin für die sozial-ökologische Wende und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagerin mit Schwerpunkt Programmatik in Bildung, Kultur und Zivilgesellschaft habe ich viel erforscht, beobachtet, gelernt und verstanden. Meine breite Praxiserfahrung in der Konzeption und Kuration von Bildungs- und Veranstaltungsformaten hilft mir, drängende gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen mit Workshops, Beratung und Konzeptionen nach nach vorne zu bringen. Ich arbeitet mit Teams an passgenauen transformativen Diskursformaten und nachhaltigem Wissensmanagement, berate und moderiere Prozesse und leite durch eventbasierten Austausch.
Angesichts multipler globaler Krisen, fokussiere ich seit einigen Jahren auf drängende sozial-ökologische Transformationsvorhaben: Postwachstumsökonomien, Umwelt- und Naturschutz, eine nachhaltige Digitalisierung, lebenswerte Städte, Mobilitätswende ... all diese Bereiche (und noch viel mehr) müssen in die öffentliche Wahrnehmung. Potency is defined as “The power of something to influence or make an impression” which is what Potency No. 710 is setting out to achieve.

When Aesthetician Mandy Lile created Potency No. 710, she was already working with plant based ingredients some 20 years, but she became very intrigued by the mystery of what she felt may be the long lost secret ingredient in skincare, cannabis. After embracing cannabinoids like CBD and CBG in her product formulas, and seeing the results and abundance of testimonials, the answer was revealed, and Potency No. 710 has been disrupting the skincare scene with cannabinoid skincare products since 2018.

Since childhood, Mandy has had a gift for taking an ugly situation and making it beautiful. Donald Jantz, MEB, CPA, CMA, is the Principal of Strategic Sustainability Consulting and founder of the Sustainable Campus Collaborative (SCC), a Canadian non-profit advancing sustainability across post-secondary institutions through peer learning, capacity building, and cross-sector partnerships. He is also a Fellow of the Energy Futures Lab.
Over the past decade Donald has led sustainability initiatives at colleges, polytechnics, and universities across Canada, helping institutions move from initial benchmarking through to full strategy implementation — often without the support of a dedicated internal sustainability office. His work spans the complete sustainability reporting and planning lifecycle: AASHE STARS reports and benchmarking, GHG emission inventories aligned to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, multi-year sustainability strategies and action plans, and engagement programs that build durable cross-campus support across academic, operational, and administrative units. Institutional engagements include Lakeland College, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, and University College of the North — institutions ranging from small northern university colleges with significant Indigenous student populations to multi-campus applied-research polytechnics serving more than 14,000 students.

Under her leadership, SCU has achieved significant milestones, including Gold Ratings in AASHE's STARS and recognition in the Princeton Review's Green Honor Roll. Notably, she has spearheaded the development and implementation of the "Sustainable SCU: Leading Through Laudato Si'" strategic action plan, aligning the university's sustainability efforts with Pope Francis' call for integral ecology. Born and raised in upstate New York, Anna Cummings (she/her) is a senior at the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder with majors in linguistics and speech, language and hearing sciences, as well as a minor in music and a certificate in cognitive science. For three years she has worked at the CU Environmental Center in the residential sustainability program, Sustainable Buffs in the Neighborhood. For two and a half of those years, she’s been the student team lead for the program, with responsibilities such as completing hiring, carrying out training for new hires, distributing the team’s EcoVisit sign ups, preparing agendas, and acting as a resource for employees within the program. She presented on the program’s “town and gown” relationship with the City of Boulder, as well as the history of EcoVisits at AASHE 2024 (Anaheim). After she graduates from her undergraduate degree in May ‘27, she plans on taking a gap year before beginning a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Gabrielle leads the analytical initiatives that advance Boston University’s sustainability goals. She is responsible for overseeing data acquisition, assuring data integrity, managing, analyzing, and reporting the multiple elements of the University’s environmental footprint to measure progress toward the goals established in the University’s Climate Action Plan. Gabrielle reports on the University’s greenhouse gas emissions, energy, and water use to the City and State as required through BERDO (Building Energy Reporting and Disclosure Ordinance) and LBER (Large Building Energy Reporting), respectively. She also oversees the collection and analysis of data for BU’s Zero Waste Plan and STARS (Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System) report.

Gabrielle pursued her undergraduate studies at Bates College, earning her degree in environmental studies and chemistry. At Bates, she worked with the sustainability office to enhance clean energy systems in college facilities, grow student engagement, and produced her thesis on energy efficiency within Lewiston, Maine, affordable housing. Rachael Rost-Allen, Ed.D., is the Sustainability Education and Engagement Coordinator at Johnson County Community College (JCCC), where she partners with faculty, staff, and students to integrate sustainability into curriculum and campus initiatives. Since joining JCCC in 2023, Rachael has played a key role in expanding sustainability programming, including designing and launching the college’s Sustainability Distinction Program and co-leading JCCC’s first achievement of AASHE STARS Gold. Rachael also serves as a co-advisor for the Student Sustainability Committee and teaches as an adjunct professor at JCCC and Southern New Hampshire University. Previously, she spent ten years as the Education Program Manager at the Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center, where she taught more than 2,500 classes to over 125,000 learners.

She supports labs and promotes sustainability at the individual programming level through Green Lab Certification, Shut the Sash Competition, and International Freezer Challenge.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science (Biological Oceanography Concentration) from NC State University and has 5 years of laboratory research experience.
