I have been involved in the technology sector since 2010, when I took my first foray into telecoms through Rainbow communications. I quickly worked my way into data solutions as well as on premise and hosted communication platforms, and later network security and data centre sales.

As an experienced architectural, interior, and graphic designer in St. Louis, Kelsey Jordan’s visions for the future of architecture strongly involve embedded ideologies on designing for equity in education and diversity in the built environment. Through research and practice she has been able to understand how health and wellness can be implemented to effect positive change within communities that face multifaceted issues like obesity, food deserts, poverty, educational attainment, and systemic racism in educational environments. Her first pragmatic approach to wellness in education was due to the dynamics between poverty, food deserts, obesity, and poor graduation rates plaguing Mississippi - the worst of any state at the time. Through interdisciplinary research, she designed a curriculum and educational facility in Mississippi which incorporated agriculture curriculum, which yielded enough produce to combat food scarcity for these students and their families, along with passive, evidence-based design strategies associated with higher graduation rates and mentally and physically healthier lifestyles. Due to the educational facility’s design excellence, the community can confront multifaceted issues through design. Currently as an architectural designer, Jordan utilizes her passion for design equity to create stimulating future-focused learning environments. She seeks to continuously advocate for design in terms of wellness, equity, diversity & inclusion, and finds joy in situations where she can participate as an advocate for clients and community. Sin da giovane ho nutrito un forte interesse per le materie scientifiche e ambientali, che mi ha portata a scegliere il percorso di Ingegneria per l’Ambiente e il Territorio. Ho conseguito la laurea triennale presso l’Università degli Studi di Cagliari e la laurea specialistica presso il Politecnico di Torino.

Il trasferimento a Torino ha rappresentato un punto di svolta, offrendomi numerose opportunità internazionali sia all’interno del Politecnico sia presso università estere. Ho partecipato a un programma presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria di Minas Gerais, in Brasile, seguendo un corso sui biocombustibili realizzato nell’ambito di un accordo tra la Regione Piemonte e lo Stato di Minas Gerais. Successivamente ho svolto un periodo di studio presso la TU Delft, dove ho sviluppato la mia tesi sull’addolcimento dell’acqua.

I am a Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (RMEL) professional with a focus on child and youth-centered development, evidence-based programming, and policy influence. My work bridges research, practice, and advocacy, supporting the design and evaluation of interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people across diverse contexts.

I bring experience in digital health and digital rights, with a particular interest in how technology can be ethically and inclusively leveraged to expand access to services and information for children and youth.
