Her current focus is on food and food packaging. She has been leading the development of a certification program for identifying food contact products with environmentally preferable chemistry (GreenScreen Certified™ for Food Service Ware) in partnership with Clean Production Action. With 3 decades of experience in the environmental health field, Sue has also worked with the San Francisco Foundation’s Environmental Health and Justice Initiative, Greenaction for Health & Environmental Justice, and the Environmental Defense Fund, among others.
