Kessiny Neal is a Community Coordinator in Housing & Residence Life at Kennesaw State University, where she supports residential communities and supervises a team of 25 Resident Assistants and Community Assistants. With a passion for student development, leadership, and the residential experience, Kessiny has built her career around helping students and emerging professionals recognize their strengths and turn their experiences into meaningful growth.

A 2022 graduate of Middle Georgia State University, Kessiny earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and was deeply involved in campus leadership and student engagement. During her undergraduate experience, she served as Student Government Vice President, Campus Activities Board President, Resident Assistant, Community Assistant, Knights Lead Ambassador, Emerging Leaders Ambassador, and a tutor in the Mathematics Academic Resource Center.
