Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Feliana Citradewi is a passionate entrepreneur with a multitude of achievements in numerous domains. Founder of the start-up LiVert, which is disrupting the e-commerce sector, as well as its predecessor ShopMate, in parallel she promotes international business relationships through FC IMD consulting. Co-founder of Women Circle Club and Vice-President of Asian Female Founder Foundation as well as President of honour of FemmEntreprendre.

She was a former consultant and business manager at Randstad consulting subsidiary Uno&Company, a corporate communication manager for the CEO of L'Oreal group, a project manager for an open government program at the OECD, a project manager at Préfecture and mayor office at Ardennes department, as well as a consultant at Fitch ratings.

She started her journey in France by studying Public law, then pursued double degrees twice: firstly a Master of International law & Master of Political sciences at SciencesPo;
secondly, she graduated from Sorbonne and the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA), where she was the first Indonesian woman who had ever entered this prestigious school where most French presidents and ministers were educated. While working on difficult challenges, her driver is the Indonesian proverb "Diligence is the beginning of brilliance."
In a perpetual quest for meaning, Feliana would be keen to pass on the ecological values ​​instilled by a mother from the Borneo forest, as well as contribute to creating wealth and its more fair distribution in the world. Samuel Rangel, a proud Merced, California native, is a devoted husband, father of seven, and grandfather of eight. He currently serves with the Merced County Human Services Agency’s All Dad’s Matter Program, where he empowers fathers and families through support, education, and advocacy.

With over two decades of service, Samuel has established himself as a licensed substance abuse counselor, Certified Lactation Education Counselor, author, court-appointed gang culture expert, motivational speaker, and community advocate. He is also the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations—Mentoring Odd Jobs Organization (MOJO) and Distinguished Outreach Services—both of which are dedicated to improving the quality of life for Merced County residents with a strong emphasis on youth engagement, prevention, and fatherhood initiatives.

Samuel’s work extends beyond titles. He is widely recognized for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, often using his own experiences to inspire others. Having overcome personal challenges, he understands the struggles many in his community face today. His story of resilience fuels his mission: to help individuals break cycles of hardship and to create pathways toward healthier families and stronger communities.

Outside of his professional and nonprofit leadership, Samuel has lived a dynamic and inspiring life. He is a former MMA coach and fighter, a recording artist with seven albums, and a five-time competitive BBQ rib champion. Kanyanta M. Makasa is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from the University of Zambia, with hands-on experience in solar EPC projects, power systems, and software engineering. Kanyanta has worked as a Junior Electrical Engineer at W&H Solar EPC, where he contributed to solar PV system design, site assessments, and client advisory on hybrid and off-grid solutions. Paula has led Brightpoint’s Ahlquist Center for Policy, Practice & Innovation since 2013. The Ahlquist Center advances program innovations and public policies that are antiracist, equitable and directed at creating social capital, economic mobility and systems designed to insure thriving children, families and communities. The Ahlquist Center team has passed legislation providing child care to families of young children exposed to neglect or abuse and establishing the Governor’s Youth Budget Commission. The Youth Budget Commission analyzes public spending for older youth and young adults and recommends policies and funding strategies to enable young people to enter adulthood with the skills, education and agency to build exceptional lives. Programs incubated by the Ahlquist Center include the Illinois Pregnant and Parenting Youth in Care (IPPYC) Home Visiting pilot and the Power of Fathers program.

Prior to joining Brightpoint, Paula was the policy advocacy director at Voices for Illinois Children where she worked closely with staff, partner organizations, and community leaders to create effective policy solutions and champion Voices’ advocacy agenda in Springfield. She has also worked on family economic security issues, afterschool initiatives, and K-12 education, directing communications for the Education, Human Development, and Workforce Division at American Institutes for Research.
