Hello. I'm Tim. It has been a long strange trip to my becoming a motivational-inspirational speaker. I have always loved speaking with people either one-on-one or in groups. As an IT Professional for over 36 years, I have had to interact with many different types of people in many different industries doing many different things. I have spoken in church both informally and as a Lay Minister in the Methodist and Disciples of Christ denominations. I am also an Adjunct Instructor at a local community college and a local university.

I have always thought that my life was pretty normal. After I graduated from college and entered the "real world" I came to understand that my life had some twists and turns. I came to realize that I have suffered from depression and anxiety since childhood. It really didn't effect me until I became a father. I subconsciously decided to place my wife's happiness and my son's happiness before my own. When my son was almost 7, I had a mental break that caused me to seek help. I have learned, to a certain extent, what was causing mental issues and how to deal with them. I have had to seek help when things happened in my life to help make sense and be able to handle things well.

Recently my professional career has taken a downturn. I was working for a consulting company with government contracts. When government began reforming spending my contract was effected and I lost my position along with many of my colleagues. I expected to find another position but soon discovered that the IT market had changed and employers were very particular in what they were looking for. I do not have some of the experiences they are looking for and thus was not being consider for positions.

So I decided to pivot and focus and over skills I have. Namely speaking about my experiences in life, giving inspirational messages and helping people along with life. I also speak about spiritual matters and how they relate to society today.

Dr. Melissa Turkal is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner from Pittsburgh. She is faculty at Robert Morris University, where she teaches in the graduate PMHNP-DNP program. She has presented at the PCNP Annual Education Conference, the Greater Pittsburgh Nursing Research Conference, and the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society’s Pittsburgh Chapter. Her original research has been published in the Journal of Nursing Education and Practice.

Dr. Andrew Young Choi is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Pace University, where he teaches and supervises in the Clinical Health Psychology Program.

His award-winning scholarship employs queer of color critique to illuminate the complexities of intersectionality, racism-related stress, and identity among Asian Americans. Leveraging psychoanalytic concepts, his interdisciplinary research explores the evolving nature of anti-Asian racialization and its theoretical and clinical implications. He brings advanced methodological expertise, including critical analysis, multivariate statistics, psychometrics, structural equation modeling, and qualitative content analysis. He has authored over 20 publications and received more than 30 awards, honors, and fellowships for his intellectual contributions.

Dr. Choi is board-certified in Counseling Psychology and specializes in culturally responsive psychodynamic psychotherapy for high-performing professionals from diverse backgrounds. He creatively integrates insight-oriented, goal-focused, and decolonial principles to support a broad range of mental health goals. He has provided effective care across diverse settings—including college counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and inpatient and outpatient hospitals—with extensive public sector experience serving clients from global majority and LGBTQ+ populations.

He earned his PhD in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited Doctoral Internship in Health Service Psychology at the Counseling and Student Development Center of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Cambridge Health Alliance / Harvard Medical School. I represent a new and innovative field in the most traditional subject in medicine: Clinical Anatomy. A science without narrow specialty restrictions, fully multidisciplinary. My aim is to bring anatomical knowledge into the context of diagnostic and therapeutic (surgical) application. To translate basic research into clinical application. To teach science and clinical approaches.

I have experience in translating MedTech into clinical applications—also as an entrepreneur.

Milestones of my activities:
* The establishment of a worldwide renowned surgical training centre with 12 complete OR-settings on 2500+ square meter. Annually more than 2500 surgeons from all surgical disciplines take part in more than 100 international training courses.
* The establishment of a platform to use human bodies for research and development in the field of medical technology in an environment that ethically complies with the recommendations of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA). More than 140 MedTech companies, medical societies and medical academies use the opportunity to test and develop medical products and surgical approaches on donated bodies.
* Pioneer work in the field of digitalisation of academic teaching and CME-certified continued education. An operating room has been connected to a professional tv-studio. * The establishment of a research institute for translational cellular biology on tissue and cell systems from animal models and human specimen. She has more than 25 years of experience in adult health, cardiovascular prevention and lipidology. She has clinic at multiple Geisinger Health System sites, including Wilkes Barre, Scranton, Danville, Lewistown, and State College.
Her academic roles include Instructor of Lipidology, Assistant Professor at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Caroline is frequently invited to present at professional conferences focused on lipidology and reducing cardiovascular risk, such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners national meeting, Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners clinical conference, National Lipid Association, and the American Society for Preventative Cardiology.
