Mary Huntly is the Executive Director and owner of Trinity House Calls, a Las Vegas-based healthcare practice providing medical services through both in-office visits and mobile care. With licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Mary Huntly brings a straightforward and dependable approach to healthcare, shaped by hands-on experience and a dedication to meeting patients where they are.

Her career includes leadership in a wide range of medical and caregiving settings. She has managed hospice services, operated a residential group home for individuals with Alzheimer’s, and led a hormone therapy clinic. In addition, she has owned a family medical practice and a mobile healthcare company. These diverse roles have enabled her to develop a well-rounded understanding of patient care, as well as the organizational demands that accompany running healthcare operations.

She provides care across all age groups, addressing a range of health issues from minor to more advanced conditions. Her clinical expertise includes wound care, where she treats diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, and surgical wounds. Her focus remains on providing timely and consistent treatment designed to help patients heal while minimizing complications.

She also spent four years working with the Department of Defense under a top-secret security clearance. That experience strengthened her sense of responsibility and precision, which she now carries into her daily clinical work and practice leadership.

At Trinity Family Practice, she oversees a full spectrum of medical services. These include annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, immunizations, acute illness care, and management of long-term chronic diseases. The practice offers flexibility through telehealth appointments and mobile care visits, ensuring patients have access to the care they need, whether they’re at home, at work, or visiting the clinic.

Additional services include lab testing, medication oversight, sports and school physicals, infection screenings, and care coordination with specialists. Each service is structured to support patient continuity and reduce gaps in communication or treatment.

A major focus of her practice is caring for older people. With experience supporting individuals living with memory challenges, she helps provide care plans tailored to the needs of aging patients. Services include fall risk prevention, cognitive health support, medication safety reviews, and nutritional guidance. Her team works with families to ensure older patients are supported across every dimension of their health.

She also leads efforts in transitional care, helping patients adjust after hospital discharge. She earned her Registered Nurse license in 1999 and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. These milestones reflect years of dedicated learning and a commitment to enhancing patient care in both clinical and community settings.

In her personal life, she remains committed to maintaining her health and engaging in physical activity. She completed the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas in 2023 and participated in the Iron Girl triathlon in 2013. I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner and founder of Pelvic Health Support. I help patients with sexual, pelvic, and hormone health concerns go from feeling ashamed and confused about symptoms (sexual pain, pelvic pain, low libido,) and not heard by their healthcare provider to become proud, confident, educated, and empowered to flourish with their sexual, pelvic and hormone health. After completing my training at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions, I ran a sexual and reproductive health program at a large medical institution for over a decade. After going through treatment for breast cancer, I focused my learning on the science of sexual health—especially sexual pain, pelvic pain, low libido/hypoactive sexual desire disorder, and hormone imbalances. I completed additional training through the Herbert Benson Mind Body Institute to integrate the art of mindfulness into my practice.

Floryan worked for 5 years at Hillo, a manufacturer of software medical devices for diabetic patients. He built the entire QARA strategy for their products, identified as IIa under the new regulations. His biggest challenge, beyond building the system, was to adapt this strategy to transform the product into a Class I and accelerate its time to market.

Since March 2023, Floryan has been Head of QARA at Theodo HealthTech, the e-health specialist unit of Theodo (a consulting and software development company). His role is to maintain ISO 13485 certification, in particular using the Agile method, and to support customers on various subjects including the creation, maintenance and improvement of a QMS using Agile methods.

Through his experience, Floryan has become an expert in the Agile method and its application to QARA issues, and in the development of DM software in accordance with current standards such as 62304.
