Hello. I'm Tim. It has been a long strange trip to my becoming a motivational-inspirational speaker. I have always loved speaking with people either one-on-one or in groups. As an IT Professional for over 36 years, I have had to interact with many different types of people in many different industries doing many different things. I have spoken in church both informally and as a Lay Minister in the Methodist and Disciples of Christ denominations. I am also an Adjunct Instructor at a local community college and a local university.

I have always thought that my life was pretty normal. After I graduated from college and entered the "real world" I came to understand that my life had some twists and turns. I came to realize that I have suffered from depression and anxiety since childhood. It really didn't effect me until I became a father. I subconsciously decided to place my wife's happiness and my son's happiness before my own. When my son was almost 7, I had a mental break that caused me to seek help. I have learned, to a certain extent, what was causing mental issues and how to deal with them. I have had to seek help when things happened in my life to help make sense and be able to handle things well.

Recently my professional career has taken a downturn. I was working for a consulting company with government contracts. When government began reforming spending my contract was effected and I lost my position along with many of my colleagues. I expected to find another position but soon discovered that the IT market had changed and employers were very particular in what they were looking for. I do not have some of the experiences they are looking for and thus was not being consider for positions.

So I decided to pivot and focus and over skills I have. Namely speaking about my experiences in life, giving inspirational messages and helping people along with life. I also speak about spiritual matters and how they relate to society today.

The attendees of your conference, retreat, annual meeting, gathering, or event will be uplifted, encouraged and have their confidence increased.

I am passionate about fostering mental health that helps teams perform under pressure.

I am driven to help people use performance psychology principles to improve their lives! After nearly 20 years as a sport and performance psychologist, I’ve learned that high performance is not only a set of tools but a way of being that we bring to everything we do. Yet, in several high performing industries, we’re behind in taking action on mental health—and in some ways I get it because how we’ve talked about mental health in these spaces doesn’t consider important nuances of high performance.

Fortunately, the message I share is informed by two decades of experience within several demanding industries that also have high mental health stigma including healthcare, higher education, and collegiate and professional sport (including collision sports, such as football and ice hockey). I’m also from a family of rural farmers, so my message is designed to reach even the most skeptical audience members! You can simply trust that what I have to say will reach the high performers on your team.

I’m a passionate and enthusiastic speaker (who might talk too fast at times) and am skilled at translating important concepts into practical strategies that you can immediately use. (You can thank my herding rescue dogs for helping me streamline my communication strategies!)

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology, am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), and am a Licensed Psychologist, specializing in high performing populations. I am the Founder and CEO of Haugen Performance Consulting, a firm that provides education, training, and performance psychology solutions for sport organizations, corporations, and professionals. I've held a variety of positions including the Director of Mental Health and Performance Psychology at a Division I NCAA member institution and former Board member (2017-2019) and Past-President (2018-2019) of the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners (NDSBPE).

Throughout my career, I have actively involved in training the next generation of healthcare leaders. I am an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of North Dakota and former faculty member at the Altru Family Medicine Residency (2016-2020). I continue providing mental health and performance psychology training to sports medicine fellows in physical therapy, athletic training students, and graduate students in clinical and counseling psychology. In 2023, I was also awarded the prestigious Jack Weakley Award of Distinction from the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) for lifetime contributions to athletics, athletic training, and sports medicine, and I am the first mental health professional to receive this award.

Dino Crnalic

Dino Crnalic

Dino Crnalic is an entrepreneur and executive whose professional journey reflects steady progress built on discipline, patience, and responsibility. He immigrated to the United States in 1999 and began shaping his future through education and consistent effort. Adjusting to a new environment required humility and perseverance, which influenced his long-term perspective on opportunity and work. Rather than pursuing rapid recognition, he focused on learning how systems function, earning trust through dependable actions, and developing habits that support stability, accountability, and sustainable professional growth over time.

Dino completed his university education while competing as a collegiate athlete, balancing academic expectations with the structure and demands of organized sports. This stage of life requires focus, resilience, and strong time management. Daily training and competition reinforced the importance of preparation, teamwork, and composure under pressure, while academic responsibilities emphasized consistency and follow-through. These experiences helped him understand the value of shared effort and personal accountability, lessons that later shaped his approach to leadership and decision-making in professional settings.

Crnalic began his professional career in the health and fitness industry, gaining early exposure to both customer engagement and operational execution. Work in the supplement and retail environment provided practical insight into consumer education, ethical responsibility, and the importance of consistency in daily business activities. During this time, he remained personally committed to training and continued expanding his understanding of conditioning and health management. This balance between hands-on experience and continued learning helped him develop a realistic and grounded view of the industry.

Dino Crnalic later transitioned into gym ownership, operating two fitness facilities over a combined twelve-year period. These businesses grew steadily and eventually employed more than one hundred individuals across training, operations, and administrative roles. He remained directly involved in hiring, staff development, scheduling, and operational oversight. Managing teams of this size required patience, clear communication, and consistent standards, particularly during periods of growth, staffing challenges, and ongoing changes within the fitness industry.

Dino gained meaningful entrepreneurial experience through the long-term operation and expansion of these fitness businesses. The facilities served individuals with a wide range of experience levels, requiring adaptability and respect for personal goals. One location received public attention for its scale and long-term vision, reflecting careful planning rather than rushed growth. These years reinforced lessons in financial discipline, customer retention, and the importance of maintaining service quality during both stable periods and times of economic uncertainty.

Crnalic expanded his professional focus beyond gym ownership into executive leadership and capital development. He has participated in raising more than twenty million dollars in capital for business ventures, working with investors to support growth while maintaining accountability. He currently serves in a chief operating officer role in the health care sector, overseeing operational systems and contributing to organizational strategy. This position reflects years of experience managing people, processes, and long-term performance expectations with consistency and care.

Dino Crnalic maintains a regular fitness routine as part of daily life, including strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and structured conditioning. He also pursues challenging outdoor activities that require preparation, focus, and an appreciation of risk. Experiences such as deep-water scuba diving and skiing reinforce discipline and composure under demanding conditions. These activities are approached as personal practices that support balance, mental clarity, and long-term physical well-being rather than external recognition.

Dino places strong importance on family, integrity, and responsibility in both personal and professional life. He is a devoted father who prioritizes presence, guidance, and shared experiences while also caring for close family members. After experiencing the loss of his wife to severe illness in 2011, he committed time and effort to charitable support through an established organization. This period reinforced values of compassion, consistency, and long-term commitment that continue to guide his decisions and actions.

Jimmy Clare is an autistic keynote speaker, podcaster, and founder of CrazyFitnessGuy®, a wellness platform that makes neurodiversity, mental health, and sustainable habits practical for everyday life. Growing up autistic with a non‑verbal learning disorder, Jimmy was bullied in school, faced multiple surgeries and health challenges, and was often told what he would never be able to do. Instead of letting those experiences define him, he learned to turn adversity into fuel and now helps audiences do the same.

Through his keynotes and the CrazyFitnessGuy® Show, Jimmy blends lived experience, humor, and clear frameworks to help people build realistic habits, rethink what “healthy” can look like, and support neurodivergent colleagues, students, and family members more effectively. His sessions translate big ideas about inclusion, resilience, and wellness into small, concrete actions that busy people can actually use.

Jimmy likes to joke that he is “the poor Matt Damon of the speaking world”—no Hollywood budget, no stunt doubles, just a real guy who shows up, tells the truth, and helps people laugh while they rethink what they are capable of. Event organizers value his no‑fluff style, professionalism, and flexibility. He collaborates on goals and audience needs, adapts to different room setups and formats, and delivers engaging content that works for both students and professionals. Dr. Campbell is a practicing dentist in Prosper, Texas, a community just north of Dallas. Like so many dentists across the U.S., he and his team found the process of managing dental claims to be filled with confusion and frustration, not to mention at times loss of income. And there was no one “source” to go to obtain accurate information.

Therefore, during the last 10 years, he has made it his mission to study, learn and improve all aspects of handling dental insurance within his practice. His studies initially culminated in a comprehensive guidebook called Understanding Dental Insurance: A Guide for Dentists and Their Teams published in 2020. This best seller raised significant awareness in the dental community, and as a result, Dr. Campbell frequently speaks across the country about the topic, with a particular emphasis on the many myths and misinformation that have arisen over the years and unnecessarily made the process even more difficult.

More recently, to better respond to the volume of questions/requests he receives and help as many offices and dentists as possible (while continuing to serve the local dental practice he loves) he envisioned and created this site. The goal of the Dental Insurance Guy site is to provide the most comprehensive platform for dental insurance education, reference material and information available.

Dr. Campbell is active in many online Dental Forums and writes for multiple dental publications. He has become the number one dentist educator on dental insurance in the country.

Her work emphasizes emotional well-being while helping clients build practical behavioral skills for relationships, coping, and everyday routines. She has more than 25 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, and her counseling background includes depression, anxiety, life stressors, military families, codependency, and ADD/ADHD.

She currently provides individual, group, and family therapy for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and executive functioning difficulties. She blends counseling methods with evidence-based behavioral strategies, conducts thorough assessments, and creates treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. She collaborates with other professionals to ensure coordinated care and has led workshops on autism, executive functioning, stress management, and practical coping tools. Her combined experience in counseling and behavior analysis helps her support both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients with clarity and respect.

Since 2010, Trish has also operated an ABA company offering therapeutic consultation for adults on the autism spectrum and individuals with developmental disabilities. Her work included interviewing families, observing daily routines, reviewing current supports, and identifying areas for improvement. She developed consultation and behavior support plans and trained caregivers, group home staff, and parents. She also provided one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism, conducted behavioral assessments, recommended strategies for behavior change, implemented interventions, and supervised BCBA candidates and RBTs.

As a military spouse, Trish has volunteered for 20 years supporting military families and veterans during deployments, relocations, separations, and challenges involving combat stress and PTSD. She served on a state committee focused on reducing educational barriers for military children and received the Shield of Sparta and the Commander’s Award for Public Service. She continues to volunteer in her community and helped establish sensory-friendly movie showings that became a valued local program.

Her education includes a psychology degree from George Mason University, a Master of Education in Community Agency Counseling from Auburn University, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Graduate Certification from Pennsylvania State University. She also appeared on “Wheel of Fortune” in January 2020, winning $65,495 and a trip to Italy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, concerts, time with loved ones, walking her Labrador Retrievers, and watching SEC football. These experiences continue to guide Trish Schnabel's meaningful work and life.
