THE SHEKINAH EMBASSY PROJECT!

In the spirit of faith and unity, Shekinah Network International welcomes you to embark on an extraordinary journey with us. A journey that not only transforms the physical landscape of Lafia but also embodies our unwavering commitment to our divine mission. We stand on the brink of a momentous chapter in our church's history, and we invite you to be part of this historic occasion as we announce our monumental building project.

Nehemiah 2:20:
Scripture reminds us, "Our God will fight for us!" Just as Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, we find inspiration to pursue our vision with unwavering faith in God's providence.

The Vision:

Envision a sanctuary reaching towards the heavens, a place where hearts soar in worship, and souls are nourished by the word of God. Imagine a sprawling campus teeming with life, where fellowship thrives, and our sense of community strengthens. Picture an architectural marvel that not only stands as a testament to our faith but also radiates hope to all who pass by.

The Mission:

Our mission is anchored in the teachings of Jesus Christ. We aspire to create a sacred space where love, compassion, and faith flourish, where the broken find healing, and the lost find their way. Our new building will be more than bricks and mortar; it will be a sanctuary where lives are transformed.

The Design:

Our vision takes form through the exceptional architectural design by [Light and Menorah Architect]. This design embodies our core values of openness, inclusivity, and reverence. With its soaring spires, welcoming entrances, and sustainable features, our new building will be an architectural masterpiece that harmonizes with the natural beauty of Lafia.

The Impact:

This project is about more than constructing a building; it's about building lives, building a stronger community, and building a brighter future. Our expanded facilities will empower us to extend our reach, offering more programs, support, and services to those in need.

Our Commitment:

We recognize the enormity of this endeavor, both in terms of resources and effort. Nevertheless, we are fueled by our unshakeable faith in God's divine plan. We pledge to be faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to us and to work tirelessly to see this vision come to fruition.

Join Us on this Journey:

As we embark on this path, we invite you, our cherished congregation and community, to stand with us. Your prayers, support, and active participation will be invaluable as we progress. Together, we can bring this vision to life, and together, we can forge a better future for all.

Conclusion:

In the spirit of Nehemiah, who rebuilt Jerusalem's walls through faith and determination, we too shall rise to the occasion. Our new building will not just be a structure; it will be a testament to our faith, a place where the Shekinah glory shines brightly. As we take this leap of faith, we trust in Nehemiah 2:20: "Our God will fight for us!" Together, let's build the Shekinah Network International and watch as God works miracles through us.

Stay tuned for updates, milestones, and opportunities to get involved on our social media pages. Thank you for your unwavering support. Together, we can turn this vision into a glorious reality.

Fifteen years ago, coming from Lean Thinking and Portfolio Management, I jumped into the agile world with my entire body.
I went through more than 200 agile projects and contributed to several communities. Ten years ago, as a member of the PMI, I contributed to creating the PMI ACP Certification, which left considerable space for improvement.
Five years ago, I was asked by Mike Beedle to join his project on Enterprise Scrum. Unfortunately, Mike passed away, and I used my org development and behavioral analysis research to write my first book in 2020, "The New Normal: AO concepts and patterns of 21-st century agile organizations," and "Swarming X4" in 2021.
I'm a certified agile master coach with several agile certifications levels, still interacting with many initiatives on the evolution of work.
I don't distinguish between development and an executive committee of a global organization.
In 2014, I created Play14 (www.play14.org) with two colleagues, a global initiative on facilitation and serious games.
Even if I'm a full-time consultant, I'm still involved in Disciplined Agile with the PMI, with Open Eyes on the evolution of leadership, and with the ICF on agile coaching.
I’m an alumni of Boston Consulting Group and MIT.

I am Luca, the face behind UP!. I am a father in permanent training, friend of too many friends, an aging adult with juvenile symptoms. When alone, I put on my headphones and dance like nobody's watching, but also like someone is watching. I love cooking dinner for guests until they start messing with my dishwasher.

I am also a certified coach and a Nonviolent communication trainer. I founded UP! because corporate life was important until it stopped being such. Because sometimes taking risks is the safest thing to do. And because the longing to investigate human behaviours became compelling. From here, supporting people with their self-introspection, was the most logical step to take.
