Sono queste alcune delle domande che mi rivolgono colleghi, fornitori, aziende, amici e familiari.
Einstein diceva che non capiamo veramente qualcosa fino a quando non siamo in grado di spiegarlo alle nostre nonne (e ammetto che non è stato semplice spiegarlo a mia nonna!).

Sono una Service Designer o più semplicemente sono la persona che “smonta” e “rimonta” un servizio per vedere come funziona (come diceva Steve Jobs “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works”). Sono la persona che costruisce servizi utili, usabili, desiderabili e memorabili.

Ma non finisce qui perché la seconda parte del mio lavoro consiste nel raccontare i/il servizi/o progettati/o in un documento definito “Offerta tecnica” da presentare al Committente (ente pubblico o privato).

In my previous life, I was a property investor and commercial law property solicitor in private practice, in-house and for the Western Australian Government in Australia and New Zealand for 8 years. I hold Bachelor degrees in Commerce (Curtin University) and Laws (Murdoch University) from Perth, Western Australia.

Roman Basi, raised in Southern Illinois, began his working career at a young age umpiring little league baseball games. He spent his teenage and college years working for his father’s varied business interests. These experiences helped develop his future interest in helping small business owners fulfill their business and succession plans.

He graduated from Millikin University obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a minor in Psychology. After receiving his degree, he continued his studies earning an MBA from Southern Illinois University with an emphasis in Accounting. He continued on to law school receiving his JD (law degree) from Southern Illinois University. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois, Missouri, Florida and Arizona. Roman is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. Roman is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Jack Chin is Edward L. Barrett Jr. Chair and Martin Luther King Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law. Regularly appearing on lists of the most cited legal scholars, he writes about immigration, Asian Pacific American legal history, race and law, and criminal issues. TMC's outstanding contributions to digital innovation and governance have been recognized with two prestigious accolades at the inaugural ICT Awards 2025 (TEHAMA Awards), launched by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in partnership with the ICT Commission. TMC is an award-winning organization, having earned recognition for its exceptional contributions to digital governance and technology-driven social impact. In the category of "ICT for Social Impact: Bridging the Digital Divide," TMC was recognized for effectively leveraging technology to connect communities, close the digital gap, enhance access to digital resources, and empower underserved populations. Furthermore, in the category of "ICT Security: Best Practices in Data Protection," TMC was celebrated for its best-in-class data protection strategies that ensure privacy, security, and trust in digital ecosystems.

In addition to these accomplishments, TMC stands out as the only organization in Tanzania with a dedicated program aimed at capacitating non-profits with technological adaptation and digital transformation.
