Mr. Caleb B. Carr J.D. is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer for Vita Inclinata Technologies, a Denver, Colorado based aerospace and industrial company. Peter conducts research and analysis for the transportation program at ACEEE, with a focus on light-duty fuel efficiency and electric vehicles. Peter works on promoting equitable access to electric vehicles and leads the annual life-cycle emissions analysis of light-duty vehicles for ACEEE’s Greenercars.org. Peter also leads ACEEE’s State Transportation Electrification Scorecard, a biannual assessment of progress by states to promote electrification and reduce emissions from the transportation sector.
