Growing up in a small business-focused family and small town in Ohio, Kelly learned her work ethic and customer-first style having worked in every role of the family's local clothing store and hotel. She would go on to amass 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience focused on growing and leading people, cultivating unique cultures, and developing strategic long-term growth plans for a variety of industries, including two startups of her own. She spent a decade with one of the largest commercial roofing companies, where she helped transition the company to an ESOP before leading their sale to Private Equity as the first female CEO in the national roofing industry.

In 2000, he founded a new catalyst company with $50,000 in startup capital, growing it to peak annual sales of $40 million before its $38 million sale in 2020. He also established a consulting and industrial solutions firm that, by 2021, operated in more than 10 countries with annual revenue between $7.5 and $8 million.

Since 1992, he has led ministry efforts across several countries, founding a nonprofit organization, an online Bible college with 4,500 students, and support platforms reaching underserved communities. Amish Desai is a Quality Engineering professional with more than 10 years of experience in quality systems, problem solving, process improvement, data analytics, and manufacturing quality. He currently serves as Staff Quality Engineer at Veeco Instruments, where he partners with field service and internal teams to identify systemic root causes, drive corrective actions, and improve quality performance.
Throughout his career, Amish has led initiatives involving 8D problem solving, CAPA effectiveness, FMEA deployment, quality metrics development, knowledge management systems, and continuous improvement programs. He has developed quality training programs, implemented quality dashboards, established performance metrics, and driven cross-functional improvement efforts focused on reducing repeat failures, customer complaints, and process inefficiencies.
