His research focuses on physically grounded reasoning, causal world modeling, and combining multimodal foundation models with deep reinforcement learning to build safe, general-purpose robotic agents that truly understand the real world.

With hands-on experience in embodied AI, LLM-guided RL, and edge-optimized multimodal robotics, Kunal works at the intersection of large-scale AI and physical intelligence.
