Saroj Patil

Saroj Patil

Saroj Patil is an AI Researcher at SISA Information Security in Bengaluru, working on the Prism AI Security Suite — systems that discover, red-team, monitor, and govern AI across enterprise codebases. The work sits at the messy intersection of applied AI and security: shadow-AI and MCP discovery, AI supply-chain risk, agent analysis, and AIBOM generation.
Before SISA, Saroj interned at ISRO's Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre on spacecraft anomaly detection using autoencoders and diffusion models, and holds a B.E. in AI & Data Science (CGPA 9.26, 6th rank) from Global Academy of Technology. Two IEEE-published papers span the range of that curiosity — from dementia prognostication with computational models to asteroid-hazard assessment using explainable ML (ExtraTrees + SHAP).
Outside the day job, Saroj builds ML pipelines for astronomy — currently a gravitational-lens detector trained on simulated survey data — and creates AI-education content for India's developer community. An active Toastmasters member, Saroj enjoys turning dense technical ideas into talks people actually want to sit through.

Madhav Narayan Talapady

Madhav Narayan Bhat is an Embedded Software Engineer and Security Platform Specialist with expertise spanning hardware-backed security, embedded systems, platform enablement, high-performance networking, and consumer media platforms. He has built and deployed security, networking, and software solutions across the enterprise, telecommunications, semiconductor, and consumer technology industries.
Madhav currently serves as a Senior Security Customer Engineer at Qualcomm, where he leads customer enablement and validation of next-generation platform security technologies, including TPM, Microsoft Pluton, ARM TrustZone, Secure Boot, device fusing, Trusted Applications, and secure debugging mechanisms. He supports major OEM customers through platform bring-up, factory validation, security issue resolution, and deployment of secure production workflows. He has also driven process innovations that accelerated software validation and customer hardware bring-up programs.
Before Qualcomm, Madhav worked at EdgeQ, first as a Senior Engineer and later as a Staff Engineer. There, he designed and implemented a hardware-anchored licensing system that secured feature access across the company's product portfolio using mutual TLS, device fingerprinting, hardware-fuse-based identification, encryption, and offline license validation. He also pioneered a User Plane Function (UPF) over VPP implementation for 5G small-cell base stations running on ARM-based edge hardware, achieving significant throughput improvements through low-level optimization of packet processing pipelines. In addition, he supported customer platform bring-up and system integration efforts across networking and hardware domains.
Earlier in his career, Madhav worked at Dish Technologies, where he contributed to the development of embedded and server-side streaming solutions for the company's Hopper set-top box platforms. He played a key role in building large-scale streaming features, including Dish Anywhere, enabling customers to stream live and recorded content across devices. He independently initiated the first WebRTC implementation on Hopper 2 and Hopper 3 platforms and later led a team responsible for productionizing the solution. His work also enabled integration between Hopper 3 and the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, a project that received the 2020 CE Pro Best Award.
Madhav earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia University with a GPA of 3.91. He also holds both a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation and a Master of Science in Physics from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.
His research interests include hardware acceleration, machine learning, quantum control systems, and high-performance computing. He co-authored the publication Hardware-Accelerated Neural Network for Quantum Control in Quantum Machine Intelligence and contributed to research on trajectory similarity search published at APOCS 2023.
An IEEE Senior Member, Madhav combines expertise in embedded software, firmware development, systems security, networking, and platform engineering, with experience delivering production-ready solutions for global technology organizations and their customers.

Dr. Stephanie Nash, PhD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist, intuitive practitioner, and the founder of Paradigm Expansions, where she helps high-achieving empaths, women, and especially those who have spent a lifetime over-functioning for others find their way back to themselves. Her work sits at a rare intersection: clinical neuroscience and rehabilitation science meet chakra-based and intuitive frameworks, giving the analytical mind permission to step aside so the soul can be heard.
Dr. Steph speaks on the science and spirituality of intuition, what it really means to choose yourself without being selfish, and why we need an expanded paradigm of who we are as both spiritual and human beings. Drawing on her own journey from self-abandonment to self-reclamation, chronicled in her forthcoming book The D Word, she brings audiences a rare combination of clinical credibility and lived experience.
Her talks leave audiences with both a framework and a felt sense of permission, whether she's speaking to a room of women rebuilding after loss, empaths learning to set boundaries, or teenagers beginning to ask who they are beneath who they were told to be.
