Meet Samuel Rangel

Samuel Rangel, a proud Merced, California native, is a devoted husband, father of seven, and grandfather of eight. He currently serves with the Merced County Human Services Agency’s All Dad’s Matter Program, where he empowers fathers and families through support, education, and advocacy.

With over two decades of service, Samuel has established himself as a licensed substance abuse counselor, Certified Lactation Education Counselor, author, court-appointed gang culture expert, motivational speaker, and community advocate. He is also the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations—Mentoring Odd Jobs Organization (MOJO) and Distinguished Outreach Services—both of which are dedicated to improving the quality of life for Merced County residents with a strong emphasis on youth engagement, prevention, and fatherhood initiatives.

Samuel often shares this guiding belief:

“You can spend a lifetime looking for your purpose, but when you find your passion, you begin to live.”

I design enterprise solutions that connect automation, data, and AI into scalable, governed platforms.

My work centers on the Microsoft ecosystem, where I architect solutions across Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI services. I focus on building systems that are not just functional, but structured for security, maintainability, and enterprise-scale adoption — from relational data modeling and environment ALM strategies to identity-aware integrations and AI-powered knowledge architectures.

I’m particularly interested in how enterprise AI is reshaping solution design. Much of my work involves designing knowledge pipelines using Azure AI Search, Copilot orchestration, and structured content systems that turn documents and data into actionable intelligence.

Beyond delivery, I actively contribute to the Microsoft community through technical content, speaking, and knowledge sharing. I enjoy translating architecture decisions into practical guidance for builders while also helping leaders understand the long-term impact of platform choices.

Always open to connecting with others working on modern workplace architecture, automation platforms, and enterprise AI solutions.
