Since entering the transportation industry in 1991, he has maintained a demanding seven-day schedule, demonstrating reliability and dedication to safety. Outside work, he takes pride in being a father of three and a grandfather of five. A recent milestone came with his home purchase in Sunrise, Florida, marking a significant step in personal stability and achievement.

Born in 1969, he grew up in Miami Beach, Florida, surrounded by Puerto Rican cultural traditions. At age three, his family moved to Miramar, settling into a newly built home that became a lasting part of their lives. Richard Abrich is a Principal AI Engineer at ziggiz, where he develops foundational AI systems for cybersecurity in partnership with Palantir and Databricks, focusing on unstructured data pipelines, semantic reasoning across heterogeneous schemas, and natural language interfaces.
