Jax Data (formerly JSSUG) is a registered non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization providing free technical education relating to the Data Platform surrounding Microsoft SQL Server. Brian Knight founded this group in January 2003 to create a community for database developers and administrators in the Jacksonville area. Jax Data aims to educate, share knowledge, best practices, and network. Today, it is a community focusing on data, development, administration, and business intelligence. Free meetings are open to the public on the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings include presentations, technology announcements, local job opportunities, and quick brainstorming/guidance for users experiencing difficulty.

We are a group of people who seek to share knowledge and experience about data and cloud technologies with those who want to learn. It is important to us that this is freely available so that anyone who wants the opportunity to learn new skills or wants to share their knowledge with the technology community in Aberdeen can do so.

Tech on Tap is a free monthly meetup for the tech builder community, hosted at Urban Chestnut Bierhaus in the Grove. We typically have 70-90 attendees who are early to mid-stage developers, designers, analysts, project managers, and customer success managers in the tech industry.

This is a face-to-face event, hosted in St. Louis and Metro East. Presenters need to be in the St. Louis area. There isn't any speaker compensation for this event.

This is an in-person networking lunch.  These presentations can be done in person or virtually.  

We make every effort to start promptly at noon and finish at 1pm EST to ensure everyone has time to get back to work.

DIWUG is the Dutch Information Workers User Group. We organize user group meetings (Meetups) 6 times per year where members can meet, share knowledge and see interesting presentations in an informal setting. 

A DIWUG Meetup is an evening where people meet, share knowledge and have fun. Each Meetup has a sponsor who provides the location where we host the Meetup. All locations are always within the Netherlands. 

The Meetup starts at 18:00 and ends around 21:30. The program of an evening looks like below. 

• 18:00 - Walk-in and dinner
• 19:00 - Welcome and introduction of our sponsor
• 19:15 - Session 1
• 20:00 - Pauze

Die Entra User Group trifft sich regelmäßig an jedem zweiten Dienstag eines jeden ungeraden Monats im Büro der Intellity GmbH in Schwabach. Alle unsere Events werden per Teams übertragen, sodass die Entfernung kein Grund sein soll, nicht teilnehmen zu können. Kubernetes Austin is the official Kubernetes meetup for Austin, Texas. We host talks from anyone doing cool things with Kubernetes, including companies using K8S in production or vendors who are pushing the boundaries of what K8S can do. Presentations are demo focused and not sales pitches.

This group follows these three central ideas:

1. We believe in open sponsorships, so anyone can cover the cost of food, space, and travel for speakers. To not price out smaller vendors, sponsorship prices are not set beyond the cost. Organizations donating speakers, food/drinks, or space will automatically count as sponsors for the event.
2. We believe in democratized organization, so anyone in the Kubernetes community that wants to help organize can be a part of process.
3. We believe that all Kubernetes Meetups should be democratic and those that do not allow others to take part in organizing and sponsoring are not in the spirit of open source.

We have a constant Call for Speakers open for our User Group Evenings. You can apply maximum 4 sessions.

Topics range from Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Windows 11, Security, Endpoint Management, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Experienced speakers are welcome, but we will also give non-experienced or starting speakers a chance at talking at our events.

Sessions of 30 min to 45 min.

The Central Iowa Java Users Group (CIJUG) is a user group for application developers in the Central Iowa area. Our goal is to provide a welcoming community for developers of all skill levels to grow in their understanding of software engineering. We enjoy showcasing exciting technologies in the Java/JVM ecosystem but are not limited to only those technologies. If there's a topic you're passionate about we'd love to provide a community that allows you to share and grow those skills!

Thank you for your interest in speaking at our community events! Our goal is to host a free monthly meetup for members, usually in-person at a sponsor's office or other location in the northern Virginia vicinity - that's primarily Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, and Prince William counties. We do some times host events online or hybrid.  We often co-host with the Cloud Native DC community group as well. In total, we reach about 3,000 members each month.

We are looking for speakers interested in sharing their knowledge and expertise on.....

• Any of the 1200+ projects in the CNCF Landscape
• Free and open-source software development in general
• Tips, tricks and inspiration for creating or maintaining an open source project
• Any topic close to your heart in the Free and Open Source Software community

We're pretty flexible on topic, format, speakers, etc. but by policy, we will automatically reject any proposal that is an obvious product or company pitch.  For that, you're welcome to inquire separately about sponsoring our group.

Dates for future events are placeholders.  We try to hit a Tuesday evening mid-month, but we can accommodate a change in date at your convenience if you're selected.
