Azure User Group Sweden is a community-driven, local/remote Meetup Azure users group based in Sweden. We are part of Azure Tech Groups in Europe and are led by Microsoft MCTs and MVPs Jonah Andersson (Azure MVP) and Håkan Silfvernagel (AI MVP ) in the tech community. 

We are a user group for Microsoft Azure technologies. We are open to all software developers, software engineers, cloud architects, tech, and cloud enthusiasts in Sweden, globally or remotely. The purpose and vision of our user group is to inclusively unite everyone (regardless of level, skills, or background)  globally and remotely.

We are a user group for those who want to learn more about development in Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, cloud development, cloud-native, serverless, containers on cloud, Azure AI, ML, DevOps, and other modern technologies. 

Currently, we organize virtual livestream (or flexible to do hybrid format depending on days of availability) technical sessions on a consistent bi-Weekly schedule on Saturdays at 12:00 noon CET/CEST for our standard virtual livestream sessions.

We welcome all interested developers, community leaders/contributors, and speakers who want to share and discuss their knowledge with others publicly.

We also welcome new speakers to join us.
We will assist and would love to share our public speaking knowledge with you.
When submitting your session, please add a comment or mention that you need guidance and mentorship from us. 

Our motto is "For the community by the community!"

תאריכים: כל המפגשים הם וירטואליים (בלי קשר לקורנה הקבוצה היא קבוצה וירטואלית בהגדרה כבר מעל יותר מ 10 שנים). לכן אנחנו גמישים מבחינת הזמנים והתאיריכם של המפגשים. אלא התעלם מהתאריכים המופיעים בטופס, ותבחר את התאריכים אשר מתאימים לך למפגש.

אנא השלם כמה שיותר תאריכים על מנת לאפשר גמישות. אתה יכול גם לתאר במילים זמנים ותאריכים אשר עדיפים מבחינתך במקום לרשום תאריכים מסוימים. בכל מקרה בו ההרצאה תיבחר, אנחנו ניצור עמך קשר לקביעת הזמן הסופי של המפגש.

Het doel is om de community in Noord Nederland meer interactie te bieden door on- en offline sessies te faciliteren waarin vrijelijk kennis gedeeld kan worden maar ook het netwerk opgebouwd en uitgebreid kan worden. Werk je met Microsoft technologie in data, of wil je er meer van weten, haak gerust een keer aan! Agenda op hoofdlijnen (kan veranderen uiteraard) is inloop, twee sessies van ongeveer 50 minuten met een pauze en na afloop ruimte voor napraten, netwerken etc.

This user group is aimed at everyone interested in the Microsoft data platform. We aim to encourage interaction, networking in mostly offline sessions to provide more interaction with the community in the northern part of the Netherlands.

Everyone working in data is welcome! The main agenda revolves around two sessions of about 50 minutes with a break in between en enough time afterwards to talk, network etc. If you're reading this, my educated guess is you're a remote speaker. We do welcome them but please verify your local time with our timezone. Attendees are always in the main room, apart from the lightning talks we do not facilitate online attendance.

February 20th is a PowerBI AMA, in person only. Be aware if you submit for that date.

What we're about

The Oxford Microsoft Data Platform Group is a community for anyone interested in Microsoft data and analytics products and services. We meet to share information, best practices, updates, and our experiences working with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, Azure analytics platform services, SQL Server and Azure PaaS databases. We are part of the wider Azure Data Community.

We have a mix of online and hybrid meetings. Currently, meetings are online only, but we should be resuming hybrid meetings, in person in Oxford, in 2025.

The Triangle Area SQL Server User Group (TriPASS) meets three Tuesdays monthly. We are looking for speakers for our 2024 lineup.
