When the news of becoming a dad of twins turned me from professional drummer to professional computer nerd, I started work as a presales MDM engineer. Then, Windows 10 came along with incredible Surface devices and a new way to manage them. Since that time in early 2016, I have become obsessed with using Intune and eventually, Autopilot, to craft a true "Zero Touch" experience for end-user devices.
