I am always fascinated about solving tricky puzzles and coming up with new ways to look for the problem.
I got a master degree in Telecommunications in 2016 and started my career in IT as a data conversion specialist, working with databases and customers. I got experience from working as a customer support manager, tech writer for user guides and manuals and then as a product specialist, before coming to work close with Agile as a Product Owner. I enjoyed building the right thing as much as building the thing right and fast. My Scrum Master journey started in 2020 and grew from 2 co-located teams to 8 distributed teams working on the same product with LeSS. And it's just the beginning!
