Chris Gambill

Chris Gambill

Chris Gambill is a Data Engineering and Strategy Leader and the Founder of Gambill Data, with over 25 years of experience helping organizations modernize their data platforms. He has led migrations from on-premises systems to cloud platforms like Azure and Databricks, designed scalable architectures using the Medallion model, and built pipelines that power analytics and AI adoption.

Chris has worked across industries including manufacturing, aviation, and telecommunications, serving as both a hands-on engineer and an associate director. Today, he focuses on fractional data leadership, helping companies get senior-level strategy without the overhead, and on coaching the next generation of data engineers through his YouTube channel, “The Data Engineering Channel.”

Passionate about bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders, Chris brings a no-nonsense, ROI-focused approach to data strategy, governance, and engineering.

I'm a computer scientist with a background in software engineering, focused on the intersection of distributed systems and infrastructure reliability. Over the last decade, I've built and scaled systems across global organizations — from observability platforms at PlutoTV (Paramount Skydance), to multi-tenant cloud infrastructure at Traive, and AI-native talent pipelines at Cuesoft.

I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of North Dakota, where my research centers on AI-driven methods for infrastructure reliability — specifically, how multi-modal observability data can enable accurate fault prediction in distributed systems.

As the founder of Cuesoft, I'm building a talent development and management startup that helps companies integrate AI effectively by cultivating AI-native engineering talent. We believe that in the era of AI, investing in people is what drives real productivity, sales, and profit margins.

I'm passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and real-world engineering, mentoring the next generation of engineers, and building systems and organizations that create lasting impact.

Sonia Daniels, Ph.D.

Sonia Daniels, Ph.D.

Most organizations don’t fail because of poor leadership or lack of talent. They fail because their systems quietly work against their intentions.

I’m a Ph.D.-trained organizational systems expert and founder of a successful operating company. I work with senior leaders when strategy is clear, people are capable, and execution still isn’t happening.

My keynotes help organizations:
-Understand why execution breaks down even in high-performing cultures
-Replace blame and burnout with system-level clarity
-Build human-centered structures that actually support follow-through
-Leaders bring me in when initiatives stall, transformations lose momentum, or “alignment” hasn’t translated into results. I translate complexity into shared language teams can use immediately—without oversimplifying or shaming.
-Audiences include executive teams, leadership cohorts, government agencies, and professional associations navigating complex change.

Typical outcomes: Greater clarity around where work gets stuck, a shared framework for diagnosing execution problems, and practical next steps leaders can act on after the event—not just inspiration that fades by Monday.

Tim Lytle

Tim Lytle

Tim likes making things, is a lover of well built APIs, and hates the top reply. He's built applications utilizing numerous APIs, created custom APIs for internal consumption, and as a one time developer evangelist he's helped other developers do the same.

A long time mercenary PHP developer, he's a fan of Laminas (you know, ZendFramework), Doctrine (2 of course), TDD, and practical design patterns. These days he's helping teams ship better software as a fractional CTO and engineering leader, tweeting sporadically from @tjlytle, and hanging out with his wife and kids.
