Fifteen years ago in Japan, my mentor taught me the concept of "Paying Forward"—passing value to the next person rather than paying it back. After a career spanning global leadership roles, deep dives into Agile and Lean, and managing the transformation of 30+ production sites, it is time to pay it forward.

I see a disconnect: firms stuck in Agile/Lean transformations because production lacks flexibility, or efficient factories slowed down by sluggish R&D. Above all, I see leaders struggling with growing complexity.
