Oliver arbeitet bei der ALDI Süd Digital Services, in der Rolle des Scrum Master Chapter Leads. Als studierter Softwareentwickler kam er das erste mal im Jahr 2008 mit dem Thema Agilität in Berührung, was ihn bis heute dauerhaft prägt. Als Scrum Master gestaltete er zunächst die Einführung von Scrum bei sipgate mit. Immer mit einem Bein als Scrum Master unterwegs, arbeitet er Seit knapp 15 Jahren dabei immer auch als disziplinarischer Manager. Momentan liegt sein Fokus in der Führung und Ausrichtung der knapp 25 Scrum Master bei Aldi Süd, sowie der Gestaltung einer agilen skalierten Zusammenarbeits-Organisation. Oliver ist seit 2010 durchgehend zertifizierter CSM, CSPO und CSP der ScrumAlliance.
