Jennifer Harris

Jennifer Harris

Founder and CEO of Technology Management Concepts (TMC), a Microsoft Solutions Partner helping organizations modernize across ERP, CRM, cloud, and AI. Under my leadership, TMC has grown into a trusted partner serving clients across the United States and Canada.

I’m focused on building what I believe the Microsoft Partner of the Future should look like. That means aligning closely with Microsoft’s platform direction, investing ahead of change, and building teams that help organizations navigate both technology and transformation with confidence. Growth at TMC is intentional and part of a long-term plan to strengthen capabilities, partnerships, and outcomes.

As part of that evolution, TMC continues to grow through aligned partnerships, welcoming teams like The TM Group who share our values, vision, and long-term approach to building. We believe the best growth comes from collaboration, shared standards, and trust.Culture matters deeply to me. I’m committed to building people-first environments where talent can grow and stay. Outside of work, I actively support women in technology through scholarships, mentorship, and community sponsorships, and I’m involved in leadership communities including Vistage and Chief.

I’m also a longtime football fan, and the discipline, preparation, and teamwork behind the game influence how I think about leadership and building teams that perform over the long term.

My work has been recognized by CRN, the Los Angeles Business Journal, LA Times B2B Publishing, JP Morgan, Inc., and Inc.5000 for growth, leadership, and culture. I regularly speak and contribute to conversations on leadership, AI adoption, change management, and advancing women in technology. At the core of everything I build is a belief that strong companies are built intentionally, strong cultures are built with care, and lasting growth comes from bringing the right people together.

London Wolfe

London Wolfe

London Wolfe is a business strategist and cognitive leadership specialist who helps leaders and organizations understand what is actually driving miscommunication, burnout, and stalled growth beneath the surface. Her work focuses on how people think, process information, and relate to one another, and how unexamined cognitive blind spots quietly shape leadership effectiveness.

With over 14 years of experience spanning education, leadership development, and advisory work, London brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered practice. She is the creator of the Cognitive Leadership Style Framework, an awareness-based model that examines leadership through four cognitive domains: structural, relational, analytical, and visionary, offering leaders a practical way to recognize how they are wired and how others are wired.

Earlier in her career, London worked as an educator and inner development coach, designing learning-based frameworks that supported communication, emotional regulation, and adaptive behavior. She has facilitated workshops and trainings for entrepreneurs, educators, parents, leadership teams, and organizations both domestically and internationally. She is NLP certified and has contributed as a guest expert on podcasts, panels, and leadership-focused conversations, with her insights featured in digital publications and a magazine distributed in major international airports.

London’s work is especially informed by her experience supporting high-functioning neurodivergent individuals in business, education, and leadership settings, as well as her own lived neurodivergent experience. She is known for translating complex cognitive concepts into practical tools leaders can apply immediately.

Whether working with founders, executives, or teams, London’s goal is the same: to help people build sustainable success that does not come at the cost of their wellbeing. Her approach is thoughtful, direct, and refreshingly free of one-size-fits-all leadership advice.

Driven by continuous improvement and problem-solving, I’ve sought to experiment with and practice product delivery in a variety of environments—waterfall and agile frameworks, IT consulting firms, web agencies, the public sector, start-ups, and software vendors—in order to explore the full range of possibilities and refine my approach to organizational, agile, and delivery coaching.

A hands-on professional, I am equally interested in operational, organizational, and strategic dimensions. Human dynamics are also central to my work: understanding how to collaborate more effectively, align perspectives, and “speak the same language” in complex ecosystems is what drives me.

My mantra: there are no problems, only solutions.
