AI isn’t coming. It’s already reshaping industries and most enterprises are still figuring out where to start.

I’ve spent 15+ years at the forefront of that transformation. From building data science foundations when “AI” was still a buzzword, to architecting production-grade agentic systems that autonomously drive business outcomes today. I’ve consistently been a step ahead of where the market was going.

I don’t just implement AI. I help enterprises understand what’s possible before they know to ask for it, scoping the right initiatives, building the right solutions, and leading the teams that bring them to life. From first conversation to full adoption.

My edge: the combination of deep mathematical foundations, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to translate complexity into boardroom-level clarity. I lead high-performing teams of AI engineers and data scientists while staying close enough to the architecture to know when something won’t work before it doesn’t.

The next frontier is agentic AI. I’m already there.

Nasly Duarte

Nasly Duarte

Nasly Duarte is a Miami-based operations accountant with 20 years of experience across construction, insurance restoration, manufacturing, retail, and trade services. These are the same physical environments now being transformed by autonomous systems, humanoid robotics, and smart building technology.

She is the founder of Mindful Dollar, a financial architecture firm that designs autonomous operating systems for business owners under the principle of Doing More With Less. Her work sits at the intersection of how physical operations generate financial data, how that data moves through an organization, and how AI systems are beginning to act on it without human checkpoints.

Nasly is pursuing her BS in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Miami Dade College, home of Florida's first applied AI degree program. Her academic work focuses on transaction systems for autonomous financial workflows.

Two decades of sedentary desk work did real damage to her body before she understood the cost. That experience became the foundation of her Balance Problem framework, which identifies the physical health crisis hiding inside every conversation about the future of knowledge work. She documents her recovery and research publicly through her Think Like a Healer series.

She is the originator of two futurist frameworks shaping her speaking practice.

1. The Interchange describes the coming convergence of tech workers acquiring trade skills and trade workers acquiring AI tools — not because the market forces them to, but because their bodies and brains require it.

2. Buildings Are the New Computers argues that physical environments are already the most undervalued data infrastructure in the AI economy, and that the workers generating that data deserve equity in the systems being built from it.

Her talks challenge organizations to stop training workers for the economy of five years ago and start positioning workers as equity participants in the AI systems being built today. She brings to every stage the perspective of someone who has spent two decades inside the operations layer, not observing it from the outside.

She is based in Florida and speaks nationally on autonomous business systems, smart building economics, workforce equity in the AI economy, the Balance Problem, The Interchange, and financial architecture for the autonomous enterprise.

Paul McLellan

Paul McLellan

Paul McLellan is a Solution Architect and Product Manager at Suite Engine, where he bridges product strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. With over 30 years of experience spanning global eCommerce, distribution, payment processing, and software design, he specializes in overseeing integrated solutions that connect ERPs to the platforms where commerce actually happens — Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and beyond.

Before joining Suite Engine, Paul owned and operated LightBulbs.com, a global online distribution business he built from the ground up over three decades. That firsthand experience — managing inventory across warehouses, reconciling marketplace settlements, and navigating the realities of multi-channel fulfillment — gives him a perspective that most solution architects simply don't have. He's lived on the customer side of every integration problem he now solves.

His career in technology started long before eCommerce existed. In 1991, Paul taught himself to code by writing video games on a Commodore Amiga, sparking a lifelong obsession with how software should work and — just as importantly — how it should feel. That user-first design philosophy runs through everything he does, from API architecture to the pixel-level details of a UI.

Paul lives in Minnesota with his wife and nine children — so when he talks about managing complexity at scale, he means it in every sense.
