Après avoir effectué une transition douce du métier de PO vers le métier de Coach Agile, j’accompagne depuis quelques années les équipes vers un mode de travail pragmatique, adaptatif et plus centré vers le client/utilisateur final.

En tant que Coach Agile, je suis particulièrement attachée à la 1ère valeur du Manifeste Agile, le fait de privilégier « les individus et leurs interactions ».
C’est pour cela que j’ai souhaité enrichir mes pratiques en me formant à la PNL et au Coaching Professionnel.
J’utilise à présent l’ensemble de ces outils et postures dans ma pratique opérationnelle et quotidienne auprès des équipes et des personnes.
