For much of his life, Doug had a life that looked successful from the outside. He was professionally accomplished and had been married for more than a decade. Audrey Franklin is the Founder of HyperStriver and a Career and Leadership Development Coach who helps people find their path, live with purpose, and lead with power. Her journey began with her first paying job as a Front Desk Agent at a small hotel in New Mexico. Over the next decade, she worked her way through college while building a successful career in hospitality. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Lodging and Resort Management from the University of Nevada and held several roles at MGM Grand, including Agent, Night Auditor, and Concierge. Although she was proud of what she was accomplishing, she could not ignore the feeling that something important was missing.
