In this role, Zoe works with colleagues across Accenture and Avanade to bring together cross-solution area innovation, centered around business problems, leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agentic architectures, Azure AI Foundry and more, to help organisations reinvent work. Driving individual productivity gains, deploying solutions that allow people to self-serve their employee needs, and then transforming work with process reinvention, to deliver value across all facets of work, worker and workforce.

Innovation and technology evangelism are both core to the success of this role, as well as a passion for delighting and exciting customers with the art of the possible.
