My role is all about making sure what we sell, and the language we use to talk about it, sounds good to small business owners. We try to talk without jargon, and assume not every small business owner knows the entire Microsoft product set before we speak to them!

Our revolutionary approach at Truly SMB is about business fitness. We call it TrulyFIT. We work with a customer to understand their long term goals, and then our ‘programs’ and ‘workouts’ help break these down into achievable chunks. This delivers easy to understand, incremental gains.
