Before stepping into management, I rolled up my sleeves as a 3D developer then a full stack engineer, building web and mobile experiences and solving bugs :)

Today, I have the joy (and sometimes the challenge!) of managing both a vibrant team of software engineers and a dynamic group of RPA engineers. My mission? To design reliable and scalable systems and to foster a culture where experimentation is encouraged and where everyone feels they’re in the right place.

As a late-diagnosed individual with combined ADHD, I've navigated a unique path that's led me to where I am today. I hold an MBA with a focus on leadership and a few professional certifications. I found my way operations and project management while in cultural exchange. My work for updating and improving business process through automation has helped me play to how my brain is wired. My diverse experiences outside my professional life extend to being a kids' ski instructor and race coach, reflecting my love for mentorship and skill development. In my free time, I'm an avid skier with an extreme fear of heights, I am making the most of the slopes and facing fears whenever I can.
