Gabriel Yomi Dabiri

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri is a finance attorney based in the United States who focuses his practice on private credit and direct lending matters. He currently serves in a global leadership capacity at his law firm, advising clients on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, restructurings, and special situations. His work reflects a steady, measured approach, centered on clear communication, careful analysis, and an understanding of how legal decisions affect broader business objectives in complex, often time-sensitive financial matters.

Gabriel has developed broad experience across a wide range of financing structures, including senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt, as well as unitranche and multi-lien arrangements. His practice also includes cash flow lending, asset-based facilities, subscription lines, distressed debt, debtor-in-possession financings, and real estate-related structures. This breadth allows him to assist lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in both routine transactions and more complex financings that require disciplined judgment and close attention to market terms.

Gabriel dedicates a significant portion of his work to expanding and strengthening a global private credit and direct lending platform. He regularly advises on intercreditor negotiations, subordination arrangements, and restructuring matters that require practical solutions rather than abstract theory. His approach is grounded in understanding client priorities and risk tolerance, allowing him to help structure outcomes that are commercially realistic while remaining legally sound in challenging and evolving market conditions.

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri brings an international perspective shaped by years of living and working across major financial centers worldwide. He is admitted to practice law in the United States and England and Wales, enabling him to advise on transactions governed by different legal systems. This dual qualification supports his work on cross-border financings and multi-jurisdictional structures, helping clients manage complexity while maintaining consistency and efficiency across jurisdictions.

Gabriel began his legal career with training at an international law firm, where he worked across several offices and developed a strong foundation in banking and finance. He later joined another global firm as an associate, where he gained deeper exposure to private credit transactions and secured his first significant client in that space during his mid-level years. He then moved to another firm to further build his private credit practice and technical expertise.

Gabriel later accepted an opportunity to establish a private credit and cross-border finance practice at a national firm, while also serving as managing partner of its New York office. During his leadership tenure, the office experienced substantial growth in personnel and operations, eventually requiring expansion into additional space. He was actively involved in planning and development efforts, reflecting his belief that strong legal practices depend on thoughtful leadership and sustainable growth.

Gabriel Yomi Dabiri holds an academic background that combines economics, political science, and law, reflecting an early interest in the interaction between financial markets and legal systems. This education supports his ability to assess transactions from both legal and economic perspectives, particularly in matters involving layered capital structures or competing stakeholder interests. His training enables him to engage thoughtfully with complex issues and provide guidance that is grounded and well-reasoned.

Gabriel is also committed to contributing beyond his legal practice through philanthropy, volunteer service, and mentorship. He has served in governance and advisory roles for organizations focused on economic empowerment and has volunteered his legal skills in support of health-related initiatives. In addition, he mentors professionals and participates in knowledge-sharing efforts within the legal community, aiming to support responsible practice and long-term professional development.

Per Jacob Solli

Per Jacob Solli

Per Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., which offers ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness. Born in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now residing in Florida, he has spent over thirty years building businesses, training top-level athletes, and setting a standard for leadership through action.

Kokoon began as a vision in 2007. What started as an idea gradually became a reality that far exceeded expectations. Drawing on decades of experience in diverse industries, Jacob transformed Kokoon into a multi-million-dollar company delivering elite-level wellness and medical services that focus on producing tangible results.
His entry into health innovation was driven by personal struggle. In 2000, he was violently attacked with an iron bar, which led to more than a dozen surgeries over the years, the most recent in 2022. When traditional medical treatments failed to cure the following infection, he turned to what he knew best—discipline, sports science, and trusted experts. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his physical strength from the ground up. In 2006–2007, he applied alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life by over 15 years. That experience convinced him there was a better way to care for people, and that conviction became the foundation of Kokoon.

Before founding the company, he spent years coaching high-performance soccer across Europe. Working with elite athletes taught him discipline, focus, and adaptability—qualities central to his leadership style today. Managing different personalities, making decisions under pressure, and uniting teams toward shared goals while meeting individual needs became part of his natural approach to leadership.

Under his guidance, Kokoon Global Inc. is a healthcare provider and a movement. The company is debt-free, cash-rich, and owns 100% of its assets, with no lenders involved. Its mission is clear: bring dignity and results to healthcare. Kokoon’s model blends traditional and advanced medicine with wellness-focused services, delivered by a carefully selected team of experts. Among them are industry veterans in their 70s and 80s, whose decades of experience offer unmatched insight.

Adaptability is one of Jacob’s defining strengths. He has worked closely with some of the world’s leading physicians and industrial advisors for nearly two decades to push Kokoon forward. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when most businesses halted operations and uncertainty loomed, he chose a different path—opening new operations and turning risk into opportunity. This ability to pivot has kept Kokoon ahead of the curve.

Trust and integrity are at the core of his leadership. Investors know him as a hands-on, direct leader unafraid of difficult conversations. He has built a close-knit management team that is entirely mission-driven, ensuring that every decision aligns with Kokoon’s broader goals. Over the years, he has faced strong resistance from an industry often slow to change, including smear campaigns, online harassment, and two serious takeover attempts. None succeeded. Supported by his family, legal advisors, and business allies, he used these challenges to strengthen Kokoon’s independence and resilience.

Family is central to Per Jacob’s life. He is the father of two adult children, a daughter and a son in their early 30s, whom he considers his most outstanding achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he is building for them. Despite a demanding travel schedule between Norway and the United States, he remains focused on creating a better world for his children and the families Kokoon serves.

Kokoon’s growth is ongoing and ambitious. In May 2025, the company began constructing a primary clinic in the Canary Islands with 23 surgical rooms, setting the stage for larger projects. This development will help finance and accelerate the Miami Medical Resort, an innovative model that combines luxury living with advanced medical care. Plans also include establishing satellite centers in every U.S. and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States.

What makes Kokoon unique among fast-growing companies is its dedication to staying mission-focused, avoiding corruption or compromise, and operating strictly within cash flow limits. This financial discipline keeps the company agile and centered on delivering value to its investors while maintaining its core purpose.

Per Jacob Solli is at the heart of Kokoon’s continued success. His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science has given him a clear understanding of the fundamental challenges people face. From humble beginnings to building a global healthcare enterprise, he has committed to putting people first, delivering results, and preserving ethical standards. His vision is to create a successful business and a lasting impact—a healthcare model that upholds dignity, achieves measurable outcomes, and serves as a legacy for future generations.

Varsha Das

Varsha Das

Varsha Das loves helping developers bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production-ready services. After seven years as a backend engineer in healthcare and fintech, she shifted from being just a consumer to becoming a creator—writing Medium articles, producing YouTube videos, mentoring developers, and publishing her first e-book on Spring Boot. As a Developer Advocate for Java + AI at AWS, she focuses on translating enterprise Java complexity into digestible narratives through storytelling that transforms confusing concepts into "aha!" moments. Varsha believes most technical concepts aren't inherently complex—they're just poorly told stories waiting for better narrators. Outside of work, you'll find her cafe-hopping with a good book, pizza, and hot chocolate, or writing personal essays exploring neuroscience and psychology.
