Paula Grzegorzewska is the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Linux Foundation Europe, where she leads initiatives to strengthen the presence of global open technologies across the EU. Based in Brussels, she works at the intersection of digital policy, open source software, and the digital transformation of public services and has over six years of experience in the digital policy landscape. Prior to joining the Linux Foundation, she served as the Strategic Partnerships Director at OpenForum Europe, a prominent think tank where she managed engagements with global partners across government, academia, and industry. She participated in many research projects, including as a co-author of the European Commission’s landmark 2021 study on the economic impact of open source software and hardware. She holds a Master’s degree in New Media and Communications from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is a frequent speaker and moderator at international forums, focusing on how open source can drive innovation, interoperability, and trusted infrastructure.
