Žiga Vaupot is working in IT industry for 30+ years. In the last decade or so, Žiga has been working in the field of business analytics and has held several managerial roles in companies such as Bron, Qubix and Version 1. Since 2025, he is working as a Director at SmartQ d.o.o. in Slovenia.

Even though Žiga's current role is more managerial, Žiga is still active in his “original" business analytics consultancy role in which he has been active on various projects in Europe and UK, North America and Japan.
