I work for Kittelson & Associated, an diverse transportation engineering company that focuses on transportation safety, emerging technology, and getting people out of their cars and on to bikes, buses, and walking/rolling. I spend my days figuring out to transition to zero emission vehicles and in a manner that is equitable, inclusive, and beneficial to everyone. It's exciting and I learn something new every day.

I'm a Product Owner of a Cloud Engineering & Enablement team at a Governmental Software company called Wigo4it, which builds Social Security software. I was part of the digital transformation Wigo4it made from a old-fashioned traditional company to a fully focused Cloud and DevOps organization.

With my enthusiasm and creativity, I like to help organizations gain new insights to become more Cloud and DevOps-oriented. I'm fascinated by the fact that people have a fixed mindset and I always try to inspire others in a unique way to be more successful.

Her research focuses on measuring the sustainability impacts of the increase of demand for critical raw materials as a result of the UK's increasing demand for electric vehicles. This includes forecasting scenarios for electric vehicle uptake and battery market shares in the UK, and developing a framework to assess the holistic sustainability impacts of these scenarios.
