Dr. Mary Hayes joined the ADP Research Institute in January of 2016. She earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018. Her Master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln was focused on Qualitative, Quantitative and Psychometrics Methodology with additional work in Survey Research Methodology. Both of Dr. Hayes' degrees focus on the psychology of people and how these people flourish though positive psychology. Dr. Hayes' research focus has been on engagement, turnover, knowledge worker performance and teams in the workplace. Dr. Hayes has partnered with Marcus Buckingham for over a decade to design and implement valid and reliable tools to help workers get more out of their work experiences. The partnership has been described as the practitioner/ scientist model where we bring the best of both worlds to make a difference for the knowledge worker.

Dr. Joseph Hyde is an innovative and highly-effective Human Resources Leader with an extensive and diverse background in public education. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Dr. Hyde has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering educational environments that prioritize relationships, rigor, and relevance.

Dr. Hyde holds Multiple Subjects and Secondary (English) teaching credentials, and he earned his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Redlands. He further advanced his expertise with an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Leadership K-12 Urban School Settings from the University of Southern California (USC). His dissertation, entitled "The Impact of Tenure on Principal Decision-making Regarding Teacher Selection and Retention," highlights his deep understanding of the complexities of educational leadership.

Beginning his career as a Primary Elementary Teacher, Dr. Hyde quickly established a reputation for excellence in the classroom. His passion for literature and language led to a role as a High School English Teacher, where he also took on the responsibilities of Athletic Coach, nurturing both the academic and athletic talents of his students.

Recognized for his leadership abilities, Dr. Hyde was appointed as a Department Chairperson, where he played a pivotal role in curriculum development and faculty mentoring. His expertise and dedication were further acknowledged through his participation as WASC Accreditation Team member, contributing to the evaluation and enhancement of educational programs at a variety of school sites.

Transitioning to administrative roles, Dr. Hyde served as an Assistant Principal at both the Middle and High School levels. In these positions, he demonstrated exceptional skills in school management, personnel, student discipline, and staff development. His leadership journey continued as he took on the role of Elementary Principal, where he successfully implemented programs that improved student outcomes and fostered a positive school culture. As an Educational Services Director, Dr. Hyde worked tirelessly to align instructional practices with the latest educational research, ensuring that students received a high-quality education. His commitment to equitable practices and celebrating diversity was evident in every initiative he led. In his role as Human Resources Director, Dr. Hyde excelled in recruiting, developing, and retaining talented educators and staff. His experience as an ACSA Human Resources Council member further underscored his influence and expertise in shaping HR policies and practices.

Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel Services, Dr. Hyde continues to be a reflective leader focused on doing what’s best for students, staff, and families. I am Parthiban Natarajan. With over 10 years of teaching/research experience, I hold an immense interest in Knowledge Graphs, Graph Theory, Algorithms, and Information Visualization. I received my Ph.D. Degree in School of Computing Sciences and Engineering from VIT University, Chennai, India, under Dr. Indra Rajasingh. Post Ph.D., I worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Chennai Centre. Also, Visited Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China; Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China; and the University of Minnesota, USA, Skoltech (Russia) for collaborative research work.

Some of my research papers have been published in SCI-indexed journals, which include Applied Mathematics and Computation (Elsevier), Theoretical Computer Science (Elsevier), The Computer Journal (Oxford Press), Mathematics in Computer Science (Springer), and Journal of Discrete Algorithms (Elsevier).
