“By harnessing the power of culture, fashion, and technology, we can create immersive and transformative experiences that connect us to each other and the physical and digital worlds around us, driving impactful social change and progress.” - Ambriel

I proudly serve as a compassionate and empathetic People and Culture Executive at Intertrust in Silicon Valley, leading people operations initiatives and implementing innovative programming for organizational culture development. In addition, I have over a decade of experience leading people and developing immersive brand experiences as a culture strategist with transformational impact at the intersections of technology, culture, fashion, and entertainment.

My deep commitment to driving social and cultural change through Web3 innovations and blockchain technologies stems from my unwavering belief in the power of technological innovations that unlock new forms of expression, revenue streams, and representation for creators. Through my work, I strive to create inclusive and equitable environments where all individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.

As an entrepreneur, I previously founded and served as the CEO of a bi-coastal luxury fashion showroom and PR agency, where I led brand development initiatives for several fashion designers. One of my many enjoyable career endeavors was working as a global sales manager for a sustainable clothing brand in NYC while launching successful community-centric circularity fashion production programs.

Through my weekly newsletter, Digital Threads, I keep readers informed and inspired about the latest developments at the intersection of fashion, culture, and technology. I am an alumnae of Spelman College. I also attended Goldsmiths University in London and London College of Fashion.

I serve as a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am on the Unapologetech advisory board. Additionally, I am honored to serve as the Strategic Partnerships and Executive Speaker Engagement Advisor for the NFT San Francisco Conference. I have an entrepreneurial spirit, backed by multifaceted expertise, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking - all underpinned by a deep commitment to driving impactful change across diverse, innovative, and dynamic sectors.
