It is safe to say that I have an odd mix of experiences. After graduating from Penn State University, I worked for the federal government for a decade in various analyst roles doing things as mundane as personnel budgeting and as exciting as presenting to the Director of the FBI and testifying as an expert to grand juries.

After leaving civil service, my next decade was spent attempting to perfect theme park vacations by working for TouringPlans.com. We used statistics and lots and lots of research to optimize peoples theme park trips and I assisted in many ways from research tasks and writing to starting a travel agency to filming YouTube videos that have over 1 million views.

Now I am a consultant at Centric Consulting, helping companies rethink their data strategies. I am thrilled to once again share my experiences by speaking about data strategy, project management, consulting, statistics, theme parks and, frankly, anything else.

Kailash Sharma

Kailash Sharma

I’m Kailash Sharma — a human who loves , nature, and poetry.
I’ve spent the last few years chasing one simple idea: small sparks can become real products if you care enough to build them.

My story started in college, where I kept building instead of planning.
One app turned into two, two turned into ten, and before I realised it, I was shipping faster than I could explain.
I didn’t wait for perfect designs or perfect timelines — I learned by putting things in people’s hands.

That same energy brought me to Shaadi.com, where I work across Android, iOS, backend, and AI systems.
I’ve shipped real features used by millions, helped build their KMP repo, designed real-time flows, and built PeopleGPT — an internal research + orchestration agent powered by RAG and knowledge graphs.

Along the way, I got ranked twice in Google’s Top 100 global Solution Challenge, won Mumbai Hacks, got featured by Android Developers and Google Play Academy, and spoke at Swift Mumbai, GDG, FOSS United, and Android meetups.
But titles were never the goal — learning was.

Today, I build AI-led apps, automation systems, n8n workflows, MCP servers, agents, and fast prototypes — whatever helps me move an idea from “maybe” to “live.”

Outside tech, I write poetry. It makes me build products the same way I write — simple, honest, and with intent.

If you like creating things that people truly use, let’s connect.

PS: I ship fast. I learn even faster. And I’m always building the next small spark.
