As a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace consultant I help customers implement modern workplace solutions based on top of their Microsoft 365 licensing, leveraging products like Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Purview. Today, I bring this vision to life as the founder of Improove, where we work to strengthen the Italian tech ecosystem through community initiatives, events, and training. I also teach Artificial Intelligence at the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, helping executives and decision-makers understand both the opportunities and the strategic challenges of AI.

My journey started in software development: I co-founded UGIdotNET (one of the longest-established Italian communities about software development), authored books, and have spoken at conferences across Europe. Today, I leverage that experience to build bridges between technology and business, to make innovation understandable, accessible, and truly impactful.
