Noa Schein Kahalon

Noa Schein Kahalon

Noa Schein Kahalon builds operations and growth systems for consultancies and legal firms that are too busy solving client problems to solve their own.

She's been on every side of this. Co-founded a VC-backed AI Compliance SaaS startup where she built ops, marketing, and product strategy from nothing. Spent a decade as a privacy lawyer and consultant handling the kind of incidents that make general counsels lose sleep. Nominated for PICCASO Privacy Awards and became a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

Here's what that means: she knows what it's like to build a company. She knows what it's like to serve clients. And she knows the specific physics of trying to grow a professional services business while simultaneously delivering client work. How your own operations become the thing you never have time for.

Now she works with consultancies and legal firms as a fractional operator - building the infrastructure that lets you scale without hiring three more people or working weekends.
Operations frameworks. Growth systems. Client delivery processes. Organic marketing that works.

Matt Gaffin

Matt Gaffin

Matt leads AI strategy at Point of Rental Software, where he's transforming how thousands of equipment rental businesses operate globally through mobile, fintech, and AI platforms.

Starting his career at 14 building software to pay for school, Matt has consistently worked at technology's bleeding edge: from building one of the first cloud-based web applications in the early 2000s to pioneering mobile-first enterprise solutions. Now he's implementing generative AI not just as a development tool, but as the interface that fundamentally changes how rental businesses interact with their software.

What sets Matt apart is simple: he builds AI for people who don't care about AI. His customers care about equipment uptime, not algorithms. They need faster invoicing, not chatbots. This reality check drives everything from killing features that demo well but fail in the field, to building solutions that work on muddy job sites with spotty internet. He's not interested in what's possible with AI; he's interested in what's useful.

Matt speaks on practical AI implementation, including "From Stuck to Started: Your AI Implementation Guide" with battle-tested strategies that work whether you're on day one or year three of AI adoption, and "Beyond the Band-Aid: Stop Treating AI Like a Feature," revealing why stopping at AI assistants is denial, not innovation. He explores how AI breaks every assumption about how software should work and what happens when you rebuild for this new reality. His sessions blend technical depth with business strategy, delivered with the candor of someone who's shipped products that both flopped spectacularly and scaled globally.

His current focus: building software that acts as a business's central nervous system, anticipating needs rather than waiting for commands. Think less "AI assistant" and more "AI that knows to order parts before equipment breaks."

Nathalie Kyriakou

Nathalie Kyriakou

Nathalie Kyriakou is a marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience turning ideas into meaningful impact. She has built her career across technology, finance, and consumer goods, always guided by the belief in making a difference in people’s lives. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Nolos, she leads strategies that protect families, simplify legal and financial services, and make vital tools more accessible. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is committed to community involvement, supporting initiatives that strengthen families, promote education, and provide access to essential services.

Born in Beirut and raised in a trilingual household speaking English, French, and Arabic, Nathalie grew up in a culturally diverse environment that helped her connect with people from different backgrounds. This ability to relate to others has been an important part of her success in marketing and communications.

After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, Nathalie began her career in 2004 as Marketing and Communications Manager at Groupe Deschênes. In this role, she learned how to shape a brand’s voice, build its reputation, and ensure marketing strategies supported business objectives.

In 2010, she joined Rogers Communications in Montreal as a Senior Marketing Specialist, working on acquisition and retention campaigns for consumer services. This position strengthened her skills in campaign execution, media planning, and creative storytelling. By 2013, she became Marketing and Digital Manager at Beiersdorf, the company behind Nivea. She was responsible for national advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and brand ambassador programs, using digital channels to boost brand visibility and awareness in the Canadian market.

In 2015, Nathalie moved into financial services as a Financial Mortgage Advisor at La Capitale, now Beneva. Over the next five years, she guided clients through important financial decisions with honesty and clarity. Her dedication to client care earned her recognition as one of the Top Financial Mortgage Performers for three consecutive years and one of the Top Mortgage Sales Performers for two straight years. She focused on building lasting relationships, ensuring each client felt informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

In March 2022, Nathalie joined Nolos, a LegalTech and FinTech company based in Montreal, as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Nolos is dedicated to making legal and financial services more accessible, affordable, and easy to understand, particularly for families in Quebec. Nathalie oversees brand strategy, positioning, and communications, ensuring that the company’s voice reflects its mission and values. She leads marketing campaigns for services such as digital wills, estate planning, and financial tools, initiatives designed to educate and empower people to protect their families, homes, and assets.

Her approach to leadership is built on giving back and making a positive difference. She believes legal wills and financial planning are essential for protecting loved ones and that these topics should be communicated clearly and without unnecessary complexity. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she can connect with Quebec’s diverse communities, helping to share Nolos’s message of accessibility, education, and empowerment.

Nathalie’s career achievements have been recognized at every stage. At La Capitale (now Beneva), she received awards for being among the top performers in financial mortgage sales for two consecutive years and in financial mortgage performance for three consecutive years. She has contributed to national marketing campaigns for major brands such as Nivea and Rogers, blending creativity with measurable results. At Nolos, her leadership has shaped a brand identity based on clarity, trust, and relevance, positioning the company as a leader in accessible legal and financial services for Quebec families.

Outside of her corporate role, Nathalie is actively involved in her community and church, helping people access resources that protect their families and prepare for the future. She values kindness, connection, and the importance of family, striving to make a difference in the lives of those around her.
