I build Business Intelligence (BI) systems that help companies make smart decisions based on facts instead of gut feeling. I specialise in Power BI to do this.

As it’s often said, “if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it!”. In the real world, data is messy so I'm all about setting up robust systems to structure it right and eliminate mind-numbing manual tasks through automation.

The end result are highly captivating dashboards that leverage cutting edge BI tech and have an actual impact in day-to-day operations.

In 2015, I first discovered agility when the internal software development department of my training company began its agile transformation. As a Developer, being an "actively transformed" member at that time was not only exciting but also filled with many new inspirations.

In 2017, I led my first agile transformation, working with a traditionally operating legal department. One of the highlights of this transformation was guiding my colleagues and introducing them to the new agile way of working. The most significant challenge I faced was conveying the values of agility in a classical, hierarchy-orientated department.

Since 2017, I have gained experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in various roles, and in 2021, I joined HDI to guide two agile software development teams on their journey to "Living Agile." In early 2023, I also took on the role of "Capability Manager Scrum Master" in the Capability Management of our Agile Family. Since then, my focus has been on making agility an experience in an internationally operating corporation with dispersed teams.

My motto is: Pleasant yet uncomfortable.

I’m a strategist and systems thinker who helps people rethink the way they work with technology—bridging the gap between innovation and execution with clarity, purpose, and just enough rebellion. Whether it’s AI, automation, or collaboration platforms, I focus on shifting mindsets, not just tools-so teams can adopt tech without burnout and lead change without losing themselves in the process.

I’ve led digital transformation and AI initiatives across sectors like government, healthcare, education, and enterprise- always with a people-first, story-forward lens. I specialize in making tech relatable, untangling complexity, and helping organizations unlock real value from their investments, even in the messiest environments.

In my talks, I blend systems strategy, identity insight, and storytelling to guide audiences toward smarter adoption, cross-silo communication, and more intentional transformation. Because the real challenge with technology isn't the tech- it's how we think, build, and belong within the systems around it.
