Stephan Torres is Head of Data & AI at ENCAMINA, a Microsoft partner, where he leads the data and AI practice and its team of consultants, working with SQL Server, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI for customers across Western Europe. Before ENCAMINA he was CTO for Microsoft Cloud at Devoteam Spain.

He started in business intelligence, building SQL Server data warehouses and OLAP solutions, and later worked as a data platform architect at SolidQ.
