In 2007, Debbie founded DWR (formerly ShareThePoint Ltd) , a company which specialises in Microsoft 365; implementation, strategy and training. Debbie also organises the annual Digital Workplace Conferences in New Zealand and Australia.

Her focus is helping people understand the business capability and productivity gains that Microsoft 365 can provide. From awareness and education, to change management and adoption, and everything in between, Debbie thrives on the people aspect – understanding the why, along with the what and the how.

I had an unusual start at university — my first year was in Medicine. Soon I discovered my path was elsewhere, and I pivoted into Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona. That early change shaped how I approach challenges today: with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong analytical mindset.

After graduating, I stepped straight into the world of ERP, working with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) and evolving alongside the ecosystem into what is now Dynamics 365. From the beginning, I was fortunate to go beyond pure ERP implementation — combining functional and technical work with Business Intelligence, systems architecture, and later, data and AI-driven solutions.

Today, I lead the technical department at a Microsoft partner consultancy, where I’m responsible for architecture, development standards, and innovation across projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Power Platform, Azure, and AI. Brian started programming at the age of seven and has spent over a decade in a zig-zag career from programmer to software architect, manager, and manager-of-managers. Often mistaken for a product manager. He especially enjoys bringing business concepts to the engineering table: Theory of Constraints, Cynefin, cognitive load, flow-based budgeting.
