A co-author of four SharePoint books and author of Leadership in a Zoom Economy with Microsoft Teams, Peter continues to contribute to GitHub and remains closely involved in Azure and Microsoft 365 delivery. He has a mild distrust of unnecessary complexity, a preference for projects delivered on time and on budget, and a habit of asking what organisations are really trying to optimize.

He believes most expensive technology mistakes look impressive at the time — and that simplicity is still enterprise IT’s most underused advantage.
