With 15+ years in software development, including 5+ in leadership, he has worked internationally across Benelux, Scandinavia, the USA, DACH, and Spain. His experience spans hands-on engineering, Agile leadership, people management, and guiding organizations through complex change.

In his role as an Engineering Manager, Ivan thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and resilient leadership. He is passionate about complex projects, AI, asynchronous collaboration, and building strong teams grounded in feedback culture and continuous improvement.
