He initially began his career in the sports industry, where he was a UEFA licensed coach for multiple Scottish teams and also worked on the data side with EA Sports and Sports Interactive as the Assistant Researcher for Scotland. He later worked as a Player Liaison Officer for UEFA. In 2005, Mark transitioned to the world of tech, gaining experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then upskilling in the Power Platform. He started in a technical support capacity before quickly moving into Consultancy and then onto an advisory role in Solution Architecture.
