I had an unusual start at university — my first year was in Medicine. Soon I discovered my path was elsewhere, and I pivoted into Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona. That early change shaped how I approach challenges today: with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong analytical mindset.

After graduating, I stepped straight into the world of ERP, working with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) and evolving alongside the ecosystem into what is now Dynamics 365. From the beginning, I was fortunate to go beyond pure ERP implementation — combining functional and technical work with Business Intelligence, systems architecture, and later, data and AI-driven solutions.

Today, I lead the technical department at a Microsoft partner consultancy, where I’m responsible for architecture, development standards, and innovation across projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Power Platform, Azure, and AI. My role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and strategy: designing scalable solutions while helping teams grow technically and professionally.

One of the most meaningful parts of my job is mentoring. I was lucky to have people who invested in my growth early in my career, and now I strive to do the same for others. Watching a colleague take their first independent “step” — solving a problem, leading a feature, making a design decision — is one of the most rewarding moments in my day-to-day work.

Beyond delivery, I’m passionate about sharing knowledge through talks, technical content, and community initiatives, especially around applied AI in business applications.
