After graduating from Penn State University, I worked for the federal government for a decade in various analyst roles doing things as mundane as personnel budgeting and as exciting as presenting to the Director of the FBI and testifying as an expert to grand juries.

After leaving civil service, my next decade was spent attempting to perfect theme park vacations by working for TouringPlans.com. We used statistics and lots and lots of research to optimize peoples theme park trips and I assisted in many ways from research tasks and writing to starting a travel agency to filming YouTube videos that have over 1 million views.

Philippe possède une expérience solide de 10 ans en tant que Coach Agile d’Entreprise et de plus 20 ans en tant que Développeur Agile principalement en salles de marchés. Il a contribué à plusieurs programmes d'agilité à l'échelle. Il sait comment catalyser une véritable agilité grâce à son expérience.

En effet l'agilité souffre actuellement d'un trop grand investissement dans les structures organisationnelles et les pratiques associées. Un rééquilibre est possible si nous redonnons du pouvoir à l'humain, à notre capacité à ressentir et à surtout créer du sens, et à nous relier en tant que systèmes humains afin de favoriser la collaboration et de faire émerger des solutions innovantes.

Pour cela, Philippe s'est formé au RSI™ (Intelligence Relationnelle Systémique) et au coaching systémique ORSC™ (Coaching Systémique pour les Organisations et les Relations). Il a expérimenté cette approche lors de ses missions et plus particulièrement lorsqu'il a travaillé avec une équipe de Managers.

Il est également formé pour accompagner des équipes à tous les niveaux d’une organisation et faire évoluer leur leadership. Il a démontré son approche aussi bien avec des équipes Produit dans le Digital que managériales. En faisant grandir le leadership à différents niveaux d’une organisation, ses clients bénéficient de structures performantes alignées avec la culture et la stratégie de l’entreprise.

Aujourd'hui, Philippe traduit le livre d'une des co-fondatrices d'ORSC : "Systems Inspired Leadership" et il est certifié coach systémique ORSC.
