Tiffany Hall

Tiffany Hall

Tiffany Hall's path to enterprise project leadership started on a theater stage, managing a 60-person crew through fast-paced ensemble numbers and scene changes. That same instinct for keeping people and moving parts on cue has carried through every role since.

Over the past 7+ years, she's grown from coordinating tort claims investigations to leading enterprise-wide initiatives as an IT Business Systems Analyst Coordinator at the Nebraska State Patrol, including a ground-up rebuild of a statewide background check system handling sensitive CJIS and PII data, and a workforce management migration touching 750 employees. She's always believed the best systems are the ones people barely notice, because they just work.

Tiffany speaks on business analysis, curiosity-driven problem solving, and practical project leadership, drawing on lessons from theater, law, and enterprise IT alike. She's presented at the UKG Aspire Conference, Nebraska.Code(), and the Scenic City Summit Tech Conference, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt along with certifications in UKG Pro Workforce Management.

I have a software background: I’ve worked in several companies and co-founded a start-up. For over 10 years, I worked as a Product Owner, partnering closely with teams and stakeholders to turn complex needs into sustainable solutions—balancing technical constraints, user experience, and business goals.

Over time, my focus shifted from “what we build” to “how we work together”. Very often, the real bottleneck isn’t strategy, but conversations, priorities, dependencies, and decision quality. Today I support individuals, teams, and organisations as an ICF coach, facilitator, and trainer. My approach is practical and non-judgemental: I help make visible what often remains implicit (flows, friction, decisions, responsibilities) and turn it into achievable, sustainable steps.

My work typically falls into three areas:

* Conversations that make a difference**: feedback and difficult conversations, with a focus on emotional intelligence at work, to improve collaboration, psychological safety, and shared accountability.
* People, behaviours, and organisational risk**: noticing weak signals in the organisation and exploring how leadership, delegation, and transparency affect prevention, reputation, and retention.
* Organisations that can navigate complexity**: building continuity between decisions and action, clarifying priorities, and making work flows clearer and more sustainable—using continuous improvement and transparency to look ahead and learn from experience.

When it helps, I also run facilitated workshops (e.g., LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Event Storming) to build shared understanding and turn it into concrete choices. My goal is to help people and organisations pursue ambitious outcomes without jargon—through clarity, respect for company culture, and a sustainable pace of improvement.

Marcelo S. Ancelmo has 25 years (and counting) of IT experience and has done a bit (or would it be a byte) of everything. A good old-fashioned troublemaker, he started his professional career as a Java programmer, fell in love with architecture (a passion he still pursues today), dove into middleware (with no regrets), built high-performing teams, and explored infrastructure and operations. Deeply engaged in the tech community, Marcelo joins Meetups wherever he goes, teaming up with JUGs, helping organize events when time allows, and contributing to working groups and committees. Along the way, he’s delivered consulting, training, mentorship, and conference talks.

Today, he's Head of Solution Architecture at KPMG Switzerland, helping the company drive its digital transformation toward sustainable business agility, fueled by Architecture and DevOps, learning everything possible and enjoying the bumps along the ride.
