She writes about her struggles as a single parent and the mistakes and triumphs of parenthood through the experience of Adverse Childhood Experiences from intergenerational patterns, and helps families process the loss of loved ones with her bereavement book "Sister My Sister".

In her workshops, she helps to reframe the thinking of parents and professionals alike to promote happiness, and holistic living mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
