I am a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect, 2x Microsoft MVP, and MGCI Regional Leader focused on turning technology into something people actually enjoy using.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in web development, IT administration, and systems integration, including over 17 years working with SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot. My work centers on modernizing legacy solutions, simplifying development practices, and building governance frameworks that are practical, sustainable, and human-centered.

More recently, I have focused on Copilot readiness and adoption, helping organizations move beyond simply keeping the lights on and start using Microsoft 365 to work, collaborate, and create in better ways.

Outside of client work, I am a Certified Scrum Master, international speaker, community builder, and author of UnsuckM365, where I share practical, no-fluff stories from real Microsoft 365 environments.
